This video has reached a point to where I can’t respond to every comment! Which is a HUGE BLESSING! I’m blessed to be in this moment with y’all.🤘❤️
I WILL REACT TO MORE OF THIS CONCERT. “SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND PTS 1-5” has been one of the most requested songs in this comment section for me to listen to. So this will be the next upload!
Pink Floyd fans have to be one of the most welcoming fans I’ve ever ran into. Thank you guys for educating me and pointing me in the right direction when it comes to their music and leading me on where to head to next.
I’m targeting on uploading that this week! So Subscribe and like if you want to see that!
PLEASE KEEP DROPPING MUSIC SUGGESTIONS FROM PINK FLOYD AS WELL AS SOME OTHER BANDS! GOD BLESS AND THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR PUSHING ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!🤘

I had the fantastic luck of being one of the local workers hired to help with pre-concert construction for this show when it was at Vanderbilt Stadium in Nashville, TN. I got to see the show and then break everything down after. The best word for me to describe the musical experience was that it was transcendent. It was one of the top ten experiences of my life.

56 here. Really made me broaden my perspectives as a young teen.
The Wall was my first movie I ever purchased. It cost me $49. I had to save up from my paper route.
The video tape took 6 weeks to come in, then I had to pick it up at "Froggy's" in Kailua.
The tape format was in *beta!* And I still, to this day, have that tape!

This particular night, Comfortably Numb was the second encore......smooth relaxing and left everyone COMFORTABLY NUMB.

A loud, faster Run Like Hell... ...telling the audience its " time to go " and even " where finnished now p' off." lol

A very old metal rock head here saw Pink Floyd live 3 times. I can only say , You don’t listen to Pink Floyd music you emotionally experienced them. I suggest you do any song from the Pulse concert to start your journey, High Hopes, Sorrow, Learning to Fly or Run Like Hell. You mentioned you were 24 in your video, I would like to suggest Echo’s live in Pompeii 1972 most of the band members were around that age and they were creating incredible music and sounds. I think you’ll see that Pink Floyd is its own genre and way ahead of their time and are generational because younger people are discovering this incredible music. So enjoy the journey God Bless Rock On Stay Safe!🙏🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

I was lucky enough to have grown up during music's golden age. It's lots of fun to see your generation reacting to the music I grew up with. I won't say all of today's music sucks, but the ones that don't suck you can count on one hand. Great reaction, young man. Pink Floyd is a great rabbit hole to go down. Just remember never to pause during a David Gilmour guitar solo (not that you'd want to). Keep on rockin', my friend.

They made a mini documentary(it's part of the extras on the Pulse live DVD) about the crazy logistics involved with setting up the stage and lighting rigs for this tour. It was the most complicated and expensive stage set and lighting rig ever(which I believe is still a record it holds). It took almost 2 weeks to set up and prepare it for each venue, so they had 2 identical rigs and 2 full road crews who would leapfrog one another around the world, whilst the band was playing at one venue, the other road crew would already be at the next one setting up in advance.

There is one thing that few people speak about when reacting to Pink Floyd Live concert videos that, I think, deserves mention: the amazing camera work! While the music of this band has ALWAYS spoken for itself, the lighting effects in combination with the cameras are also a major part of their undying heart-stirring music. When the cameras zoom in on Gilmour when he is in a fantastic guitar solo is mesmerizing to me, especially when the lights on stage go completely dark except for a single spot on David as he makes magic with that guitar (10:00). It's saying, like "this man is a singular phenomenon", as he stirs the heart and takes you to another plane, another place you did not expect to go. Amazing!! Thank you for this reaction video.

I'm a 64-year old man, and this is just some of the music that has been a part of my life since I was a teenager a half-century ago. I had just turned 20 when the studio version was released in 1979. I don't mind that you, or anyone else, pause during a song. You're giving a reaction to a song, and something grabs you about it at a particular moment ...you feel compelled to comment! It makes me smile seeing a younger generation enjoy the music those of us in their 50's and older grew up with.

I'm happy to be at the beginning of your Pink Floyd experience. I subscribed after watching your genuine reax to Wish You Were and now this one. One thing that you'll hear a lot about listening to PF music is to listen to full albums. The starter pack is Dark Side of the Moon, WIsh You Were Here (album), and The Wall. All 3 are complete concept albums. Comfortably Numb is from The Wall and WYWH is from that album. When you hear them in context of the entire album, along with some backstory on former bandmate Syd Barrett, it'll take on a whole new meaning and appreciation for you. Keep it up.
EDIT TO ADD: also listening to the albums with headphones is a must for immersion.

My late father was at that concert in 1994 (two years before I was born). I remember him telling me what a jaw dropping experience it was and that he was totally mesmerised throughout the entire show. He had seen Pink Floyd a number of times before, including 1980 at Earls Court, during their amlor tour and at Knebworth in 1990, I think he also saw David Gilmour solo in the early 80's. Old geezer here… 66 and a rocker my whole life… pink Floyd was always one of my favorite bands, because sonically everything they did was just so intently woven and interesting. I have nothing against today’s music, but a lot of it is overdubs and auto tune, and basically getting into the notes and just moving things around a bit. Still today’s music can evoke emotions and feelings and that’s what it’s all about isn’t it?❤

You should check out the entire 'Pulse' concert. One of the finest live performances captured. You are watching the band at the apex of their musical skills. The stage/lighting show cost 25 million--in 1994. The band was always cutting edge musically and visually. They never considered themselves 'rock stars'; they are/were musicians. I did not see the Pulse tour, but was lucky to see them live 2x back in the day. One never sees live performance the same after having a PF experience.

I was there im 52 now , wow yeah im 52 now. I just gotta say seeing it on video ia srill got that emotional feeling . But being there live was the most unbelievable thing my eyes ever witnessed. And the instrumental magic in the air was so beautiful. There wasnt a dry eye in the audience. Everyone was tripping balls. It was out of this world. PINK FLOYD GREATEST BAND MADE BY GOD HIMSELF.

I went to one of the PULSE shows at Earl’s Court.
It was every bit as good as you would imagine.
‘One Of These Days’, ‘Wish You Were Here’ and ‘Astronomy Dominé’ from that show were just a few of my favourites.
So glad you enjoyed it. 🤘🏻

I'm happy, as an old man who grew up with this art, that young people like @killbimu react to this old pieces of music because they take care that it will be not forgotten. Young people should get the chance to take notice of this old music. Go on, explore Led Zeppelin, Queen, Marillion, Genesis, Rush, Saga, and so much more older music. It was just a better time for musicians, today they are replaced by computers...

Great to see the young crew of the World finally realise how much good taste us old feckers had. I was very fortunate to go to 6 nights in a row of these ''Pulse'' concerts in 1994 and go on to see Gilmour and Waters quite a few times since then. All the best from Scotland.

If you enjoyed the guitar solo by David Gilmour, try the group Wishbone Ash. They were the originators of using dual lead guitars. On their first album titled simply Wishbone Ash, listen to Phoenix and Handy. I'm sure you will enjoy them. Also another Wishbone Ash song that is all instrumental is F.U.B.B. The guitar work is simply amazing!

I was fortunate enough to see this concert twice, and it's still the best. Shine on was great but I recommend listening to the original off the album Wish You Were Here. Its a masterpiece, one of many. They can't do full song in concert, its about a half hour long itself! You will appreciate the genius and insane talent of these guys!

The band name came from 2 managers, pinkney (pink) Andersen and floyd council, the album is really a whole story about beginning of life, its many struggles, and then death, dark side of the moon is similar, so much to learn about pink floyd and founding band member syd barret (RIP) and alot of the story's revolve around him,

Today's music (for the most part) is like watching a movie in black and white on a 10" screen with a 3" speaker comapared to these classic master pieces which are like seeing a movie on an IMAX screen with a theater sound system. You are right about seeing them live. I saw this tour in the old Cowboys Stadium along with about 80,000 other people and for the most part, people just sat and watched and listened in awe. No whooping and yelling during the songs, just soaking it all in.

I am pleased that so many youngsters have found them through the internet. It’s my greatest regret that I didn’t attend this concert, I had the chance but turned it down. ... Live, Musicians Singing and Playing an Instrument at the same time, No "Auto Tune," simply incredible Talent. Consider too that Pink Floyd began in 1965, so basically 30 years before this concert adds to the phenomenon, which is "Pink Floyd."
I got to see them Live in 1973, in San Francisco, while they were promoting their New Album "The Dark Side Of The Moon." Still the very best concert that I've EVER experienced. They are quite unique. There has never been any Band like them before and unfortunately there will never be any Band like them again and I use the word "Unfortunately" because each of the Musicians are in their 70's now, (2024), and soon will be gone from our planet. Very sad day coming.
Remain Well & reasonably Happy too. Keep Smiling... Cheers...

Great reaction to my favorite band of all time. I just wanted to tell you that I saw Pink Floyd 3 times in my life including this concert and the wall tour. I will never forget it. I paid $75 for 2 tickets in 1994 Pulse tour. After the concert my wife and I got a hotel room that night and 9 months later my beautiful daughter Sydney was born…. Also before the concert outside I got offered $1200 cash for my tickets and I told the guy no… he said why?.. I’m giving you cash… I told because tonight I get to see a God like playing the guitar 🎸 and that has no price to it. Thank you I subscribed 👍.
