This is beautiful and I'm sure I can find some squares somewhere in my huge stash of beads. Thanks for being so clear and making it look so easy to make these bracelets. They are awesome!
Such a lovely bracelet. I'm very new to bead weaving and wasn't sure if I could make this. I gave it a try ...I love the way my bracelet turned out.😊 Thank you so much for sharing 🌹
Thank you so much - it's the perfect design! I only had 3mm cubes, so I used 15/0 seed beads (instead of 11/0) which got a bit tight so I had to use my finest needle and still required pliers to carefully pull the needle through after I'd added thread. It's a little 'thread thirsty' so on my second & 3rd bracelets I doubled the length of my thread but I started the bracelet in the MIDDLE of the thread, making half of the bracelet in one direction, and then turning it around and working in the opposite direction and adding my clasps as I finish half of the bracelet, but before reinforcing - so I didn't need to add any thread at all, eliminating the problem with the tightness of using the 15/0's, AND I was able to reinforce the 2nd & 3rd bracelets twice without any real difficulty...which gives them strength and makes then feel much more substantial. (Where there's a will there's a way! In fact, I almost always weave my projects by starting in the middle ..I really hate adding thread!). So now I have 3 gorgeous stackable bracelets that match the print in my gorgeous new frock perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing, Gina - you're a fabulous teacher : )
Very creative modifications, I love that you thought through the design challenges with the smaller beads and made it work. That is how you learn to design, at least it’s how I learned. I would modify designs to accommodate the materials I had on hand. The method of working from the middle- out, is a great method, I use it in bigger designs, mostly necklaces, but still add thread. It’s not so hard to add thread if you learn to extend your Fireline, that is, if, you use Fireline or Nanofil. I have a video on how to that if you want to learn...anyway, I am happy you are happy with your new bracelets.❤️💕💙
You inspired me to try beading. I'm ordering my beads and going to follow this tutorial. Thank you for providing such easy and thorough instructions. I am so excited to start beading!
I have been searching for a tennis bracelet with cube beads and you did it again awesome.I'm so excited this is what I've been looking for . It's simple and elegant. Thank you so much I just love it!!
Thank You for this lovely Bracelet and for your amazing Tutorials that inspire me to make my own Jewellery and Gifts xo from South Africa with grateful hugs 🤗❤️🌹
Having made this bracelet several times I couldn't get it to look neat and complete. So after the cube stage and then the 5 seed bead stage, instead of filling in the top and bottom gaps with 1 seed bead I used 2 seed beads .Much much better result ,no gaps and far more uniform.Hope this helps someone else as it is a lovely easy bracelet to make and I have now made 4.
Yes, very good modification, seed beads and cube sizes vary, even though they may be called 4mm, some cubes are much bigger than others called 4mm and seed beads differ in size from brand to brand. Sometimes you have to modify the pattern to fit what you are using.
It's very pretty, I have Swarovski cubes at hand so I'll be making one right away. Your choice of colors is great, I been fancying bronze seedbeads lately and always liked brown and blue together. Thank you Gina. 🌷🌺🌸💞
yolanda villegas yes, I like any metalic color of seed beads, they are a great neutral and make projects look richer. Bronze is a favorite for me lately too.💕
Thank you. Stitching is very versatile, you can do so much more with small beads than with stringing. I too, was not interested in stitching when I first started beading. Then, I tried it, I was hooked!
Thank you for this tutorial. Just starting to learn beading and made my first beaded bracelet with this today. Came out nicely! Had to make some minor adjustments due to using a different bead brand on the 11/0's, (ended up adding 4 size 15/0's on each unit) but still turned out nicely. Was extremely helpful how you showed in detail what to do!
I love this bracelet. It was the first piece of jewelry that I made 5 month’s ago. It has so many flaws. I still wear it and get so many compliments. I’m back to rewatch so I can make it in a different color. Hopefully it will have less flaws. 😊
I came upon your channel tonight, and want to express my appreciation for your attention to detail, and focusing your camera for newbies like myself. I love the bracelet and matching earrings. Thank you!
Love love love your videos. They are easy to follow and you explain everything perfectly. I am just starting to make jewelry and you have helped so much. Thank you so much!!! Just love your designs!!! ❤️
Thank you so much for sharing you knowledge an design. This is fabulous. I love the movement and simplicity. (Well , for me it might not be so simple but I am sure gonna give it a try ). Yes, I hopefully will make more than 1 to stack them. I just love it. Thanks again.
This is BEAUTIFUL!!! Am going to order some cubes and do it! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful creations. Always amazing and you are a superb instructor too! ♥
Well, I am finally making this one... I’ve been working on chain maille all Christmas season.... I am also going to get my first bead box... I can’t wait
@@GGCBeginningbeaders I got the bead box a couple of days ago and i love it... i think that box is the best one for the money... hope you are well and stay safe...
Love the beautiful bracelet and your teaching skills. I am stuck on what to do after you pick up 3 beads and the part of the clasp. I couldn't see what you were doing. Have been working most of the day trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Thanks
Rita Church just start with the two rows of three beads in the ladder stitch, leave a long tail. Make your bracelet, then come back and use the tail for the clasp.
Hello Miss Gina I am interested to learn all the beadings you are teaching , I don’t know where to get the materials I need to use , please kindly show me where I can buy the materials . I appreciated for your help thank you . I always watch your tutorial .
I watch all your tutorials and find it easy to follow because you are such a good teacher . Can you please tell me what thread burner you use as all the ones I’ve tried are useless .
Thank you so much! You are always so clear in your instructions. Do toggle clasps ever become undone as you're going about your day? They make me nervous because I can see where that would happen.
This bracelet is so elegant Gina. I love how you reinforce your pieces. Can you please tell me the name of the thread burner you found and where you bought it? I’m terrified of fire and have a hard time using a lighter. The thread burner I was given doesn’t really work. I appreciate all the help you give. Thank you! 💝🥰🤗
Susan Roberts it’s a BeadSmith thread burner, I got it on Amazon. This one works great. The ThreadZap never really worked for me and the batteries always were dead in it, no matter what I tried. So, I gave up, until this one, it actually works!

Where did you get your faceted opaque cubes? I'm making this bracelet now but all I could find were straight square cubes or translucent cubes. It doesn't look quite as nice as yours!! This is a great and east to follow tutorial. Thank you.

Looks cute and easy. However, after I finally figured out how to make the clasp at the beginning, I found out my seed beads didn't go around my cubes correctly. I just gave up.
Marie J Myrick don’t give up, try, a few more or less seed beads, or a different brand. I recommend Toho. As long as the beads hug the crystal, the amount doesn’t matter. Sometimes you have to modify to make your pieces work. We all have different materials to work with. As long as you know the process, you can think it through and make it work. 🤓
Hi Gina! You are a great teacher, and you are pleasant to listen to. I now have made 4 of these bracelets to give away as Christmas gifts. I must say, it will be difficult to give them away. One question I have, what brand bead zapper do you use? I would love to get one. Thanks again, and thank you for sharing such talent....you are gifted! Milly
Hi! I've been trying to make this bracelet but it kind of folds up in the connections... at first I thought it was too tight so I started again trying to make it more loose but it keeps happening.. do you have any idea what am I doing wrong?
Are you using Toho seed beads? It sounds like your seed beads might be a bit small. Try a different one if the are Toho, some colors or types are slightly bigger, if they are not, try to add another to each pass.
Preciosa are smaller, maybe a try an 8/0 in Preciosa, or just a different 11/0 in Toho, sometimes beads, even in the same brand, same size, vary in actual size.
I misunderstood your first response 😅 when I read it the second time I got it... tried with a different color, rose gold and work perfectly! Thank you!!!
I was looking for something new. This is fun. Thanks so much, your instructions are clear and easy to follow.
