I am on the highest amount of copium that Radiant Marcher will be not be an event locked character. This is like the Keqing as an event locked character for the Honkai x Genshin collab all over again.
They still need to balance him if they're planning of making RM an obtainable character because his kit looks too OP rn, just imagine this guy equipped with max reso/hypertune memo a sig weapon and with a support cons that can buff him, that'll be an Overkill for the enemies.

When I found out he came to global, I only had 8 hours left to use him, when i say I cleared and maxed the entire event in 4 hours, and double SS'ed every hard fight with him I ment it. I pray he becomes playable again as a character
