Hmmmmm. Whilst you may have a valid point, I do believe the points given can be applied to your business whatever scale it is. It's a knowledge that can be torn apart and used for your business at any level.
I disagree with you. She was to talk on the subject of building a global business from a local action, you can't be thinking of building a global brand and not at least have certain basic structure. Her presentation is on that. No big grammar and was very inclusive at least for a local business thinking of playing globally.
But you just used grammar to express your complaint, you used the words, acumen and dexterity. Sir Grammer is relative what is grammar to you might be plain English to her. No matter how a lawyer speaks or a journalist speaks it would appear as grammar, you will notice this narrative if you write a lot!!!
