I don't understand why the company allowed these brats to interview a survivor. These stories are so important to the future people. My family was part of the American Soldiers that liberated The Camps.
These interviewers are so rude !! I can hear them talking in the background while this poor victim is trying to tell us her survival story. She suffered tremendous hardship in the Ghetto and in the concentration camps. She was so traumatized that she blanked out some of the horrors her young mind could handle..seeing her mother and brother for the last time…..She’s an amazing woman… Where did she get her strength and courage to persevere through all this trauma ? She is a true inspiration for all women. May God’s grace and mercy continue to bless her….Thank you for sharing your story with us..🥰💕💕🇺🇸
I thought this was a great interview. Firstly, Ms. Eiges is a remarkable woman with such a good memory and really able to transmit to the viewers so many details that many of us have not heard before. I love to see two very different generations sitting down together.
The interview is done poorly. Asking her things that maybe not part of her particular experience. He isn't considering that English isn't her first language either.
He asked if one of the games she played in 1930s Poland was pickleball. He also doesn’t know the difference between the invasion of Poland and the Anschluss. Asinine.
I WOULD HAVE LOVED MORE OF HER STORY THESE GUYS SOUND LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING THEY CUT INTO HER TIME TO TALK AND THEN THEY CUT HER OFF WHERE CAN E HEAR THE REST OF HER STORY
Oh no! This interviewer is making it so hard on the survivor. Let her tell her story. Stop making her do all sorts of things that have nothing to do with her narrative!
Why are we hearing what the lady said was off the record and all the other technical talk? Terrible interviewer. Let her tell her story. The lady had poor hearing. Why not speak louder?
He is asking questions about when she was 10, what were complicated issues! He needs to be reasonable . Why doesn't someone advocate for this Survivor, for him to ask the questions that was within her understanding at the time!
She specifically asked you NOT TO INCLUDE the story about an injection she was given because it might worry her own children /a beating feom another inmate with a shovel. BUT YOU KEPT IT ???!! in the interview😮disgusted by your lack of empathy for her and her family. Shameful behaviour.
This interview is awful! The interviewer apparently had very little experience in this kind of interview. The sound should have been tested and adjusted. I couldn't continue watching.

How could she possibly be 94? She’s phenomenal!!!

The sound recording quality is so bad. Please try to do justice to and record the testimonies of these people with more respect.

At 94 she’s remarkably bright ❤️
Evan with the long pauses (changing tapes) the interviews done in the nineties were more professional, more thorough, kinder to the survivors.

Interviewer and photo man are plonkers
Why was this done so poorly? Can't you get seasoned pros to volunteer their time? As a broadcast professional of over fifty years, I don't understand.
