Not safe to use a simetrical square shape box because of the angle aimed towards the glassroof. The bass vibrations will put alot of stress to that glass al all other joints wich will start to squeak and rattle.Use a custom box to obtain a lower aim of the subwoofer
Lol tell me you know NOTHING about how a subwoofer works without telling me. Sub bass frequency is non-directional. It doesn't matter which angle you have it. If it's going to effect glass panels and such, it's going to effect them either way.
@elonmusk you would be a fool not to hire this guy as your head of design for Tesla. I always said I would never have an electric vehicle, but if you pumped out, these, it would be my next purchase. Not to mention sales would skyrocket like a falcon….
Its all subjective on what the person wants.. bass that's "tight" and focused, go for a sealed box. If you want your bass to boom and you want maximum volume in your music, then you definitely want a ported box.
@@MadStyle1911 only if you do the calculations and determine the optimal port length and volume for either box for the specific subwoofer you are using. Some woofers perform better ported vs sealed or the other way around.
I know you got a lot on your plate but there’s so many of us that have been here from the start who would like to know the cost of this project. When you get the time G.
Nooooo build a custom box. This car deserves it.
Agrégale el ruido de áuto fantástico que se escuche alto cuando paras en los semaforos o cuando vas despacio😮 sería sublime❤❤❤❤❤
This man definitely needs a custom box built to fit the car!! But i love that he used a Cerwin Vega!!
Right? Didn’t even know they were still around. 😂
@@Lex1uth3rbro me neither. We must all be close to the same age lol
The outside is a work of art hopefully you do the same on the interior

@@TheAlaxanhe's talking about the corner hitting the glass not the sound lol
@@AckzaTV no. He's not. Thanks for playing, but the box isn't close to the glass.
@@TheAlaxan You are absolutely correct👍
@TheAlaxan finally someone who understands physics. Everything in that car will be vibrating with the same frequency of the sub
I NEED to see the inside!!

I would put a rubber gasket between the sub-woofer and the l-brackets to prevent vibration noise between the two.
Fit like a glove
Cerwin Vega? Looks like their signature red/orange surround.
lol how did u miss the trashcan? 😂
Cerwin vega! An oldskool sub!💪
Telsa be sleeping here. Gave this man a job
Imagine the flex it would be to basically be able to tell people you made a car.
You and RWB hittin that collabo soon?? 😂😂😂
Nice bro)
Huge neilon twitter))
Insane
I cannot stand EVs…but i would buy this car. This car is amazingly beautiful to me.
The house blowing up. Cherry on top lol
🔥🔥🔥
Put a v6 in it along with the battery (im kidding)
Tesla NSX
@@connorjohnson3429 or vw w16 lol
How much for the car when its done?
Nice choice ❤ friend how did you overcome the door glass problem?? I can't seem to find the video..
It won't sound as good if you don't add a port like the original design.
That's not how it works lmao

BRO, you fabricated 2 BASS tubes already. Total missed opportunity
Modify the "Tesla Tubes" into Cerwin Vega bazooka tubes
keep the old sub you could maybe use it for smth else but make your own box for it
Can you please upload next video
Would have looked better and probably done the same job to just upgrade the sub in the stock sub box and upgrade the amp.
I think you might void the warranty 😂
Nope!!! This needs a custom fiberglass enclosure... that looks ghetto as hell
All those metal to metal contacts are gonna make terrible noise after a couple of months or while driving on a rumble strip
Why did the house explode ?

I am going to win this car 🎉
