Awesome MTB mountain bike jumps are not all about skill sometime u have to believe that you can do it, speed is also good because if u have more speed the further you go, and one of the most important thing is preloading if u don’t preload than you will not get as much height as you do not preload. When you preload pull up as high as you can so you can get height and speed. First focus on speed and then focus on preloading and then jump as high as you can. BTW Do u have any tips on how to do tricks in the air?
I wish i could, but i broke some ribs last year, and now when I'm about to full send, I think about how hard it is to miss work as a father. so..... you know maybe not EVERYTHING. But I will likely push myself a little more. it's inspirational.
Thank you for introducing those little girls to us. They are adorable and while riding they make it seem so effortless. I couldn't stop giggling and smiling while watching Sophie's POV. That was fun thanks.
Wow. Maybe I should have watched these kids jumping and picked up some tips, then I wouldn't be sitting here with a broken bike, 2 ribs, helmet and severe bruising, plus a banging headache. Future pros I reckon.
Don't forget, kids at this are fearless because they don't know any better. Also, a hard days ride makes our bodies very sore the next day. 8 year olds don't get sore. Plus they have all the energy in the world.
Thanks for featuring some eight year olds. I am eight years old and have been mountain bike riding for about a year, crossing over from BMX. I love it, and it's awesome to see all these young riders.
@@moandhannahtravel This is the best mtb vid of the year. You guys did a great job spending the day with these two little shredders. I'm guessing 8 - 10 years from now these two will be a fixture of the EWS or DH World Cup scene

Hands down the best MTB video I've ever seen. Lyon lives up to his name, big time... What to say about Sophie? I was singing Steve Miller's "Fly Like An Eagle" in my head the entire time.
I literally smiled through this entire video! The silence and concentration during this video reminds me of my rides at my local park. The trail, my, bike, my thoughts, and me! Thanks for sharing!
What THE HELL are they feeding kids in Provo, Utah? Absolute pure joy with those two. The calmness of Sophie's voice is striking throughout her decent.
