The members actually told us what the plot is about. Minhyuk and Elkie, along with the other members are on a team/BB gun club/charity club/workout club. It's a club where they learn BB gun survival tactics. The club contacted an opponent team to do a survival battle. However, that opponent team raided their camp and kicked them out. Peniel and Sungjae went back to take their camp back but everything was gone. They were caught so they ran off to go get something to eat. When they returned, they see Minhyuk being hung upside down. It was later added that Elkie, who the team trusted, had told the opponents where the BTOB members were. All of them were caught but they needed someone topless so Minhyuk volunteered.

Love this song. BTOB is such a talented group! I'd highly recommend checking out some of Minhyuk's solo stuff outside of BTOB too (the red haired one). He is a rapper, but he's also such a skilled vocalist! As a solo artist he goes by Huta, and his songs "Ya" and "Hang Out" are amazing.
