    Next time you do the diet, if you do it, for the second dinner you should chop up the carrots, broccoli and sausage and do a stir fry out of it. It tastes so good that way and makes you think you're more full because it looks like a lot of food since it's all chopped up and mixed.

    That diet definitely worked on me! The only down side is that if you dont keep on eating well you will gain all the weight back but i definitely agree with you that it is a great jump start to losing weight!

    This diet works. In 3 days I lost 11 pounds. I decided to follow the diet all 7 days. I lost 15 pounds in a week. I'm now 4 days into my second week on the diet and I've lost an additional 2 pounds so far.

    Hi...liked the video. Great job!!!! I did the diet last week. I exercised, drank water, and followed the diet exactly and I lost 6lbs too. I will be doing it again this week, starting tomorrow. Hope to lose 6 more or better!

    You need to be motivated to
    1) do this diet
    And
    2) exercise with this diet
    That's why you really weren't that satisfied with the weight you lost because you weren't motivated.

      It was . And she should have tried the tuna like it said . The tuna was less Calories.... Than. Chicken breast . But I'm a vegetarian. So I would he doing tofu or veggie burgers instead . No meat . Or fish. Tuna . Lol .

    I did this "Diet" every week in high school, and it kept my weight in a good standing. I'm jumping back on the diet, I've done it for 3 weeks now. I actually eat MORE on this diet. My "eating" when I'm "NOT" on the diet is coffee for breakfast, Gum for Lunch, then EVERYTHING for dinner.

    It does work!.. I lost 7 lbs in 3 days! .. you should drink a lot of water .. in order for you to feel -full- :D thats what i do

    Hey I haven't tried the Military diet yet. I don't like peanut butter, so I would have to try the bread plain. I am dieting, working out and weighed at 178 lbs and weigh today 153 lbs. I am eating healthier and smaller portions. At first, I was hungry often. I usually eat Raisin Bran, or no sugar cereal for breakfast. My lunch would be an apple or yogurt with coffee. For dinner I usually eat taco chicken salad. Other days taco tuna fish salad or steak salad. I substituted an apple, mango or yogurt if I get hungry for a latest night snack. I do drink water at night before bed. That's my weight-loss journey. After I've been doing this. I am not as hungry when I started dieting. I wish you luck, best!

    These diets are great when combined transitioning in eating habits. You should expect a great deal of fatigue from sugar withdrawls. Keep in mind that along with burning fat at a fast rate you're also detoxing so napping or resting should be included into the diet for beginners, I do great NOW, Vitamin C is a must for energy and superfood too, everyone should be at least walking an hour a day, dieting alone to loose weight may actually backfire and cause more weight gain, gotta move and do these diets on schedule but above remember sugar is the weight gain culprit at all times. Get off sugar and nap off the withdrawals.
    I'm going to give this a try sometime in the near future, I realized doing a variety of diets keeps me from boredom.

    Im on this right now! And let me tell you.. it has been hard...lol... i am hungry like 2 hours after i eat my meals and i feel really cloudy minded but we will see ... this is day 2 and im not looking forward to eating lunch... cottage is not my Fav...lol ☺Good job!

    Ha, starting weight was 177, that's actually the weight I need to get down to or more lol. My weight currently is 185. -just started today, doing it for 5 days, hopefully by the end of the week (Friday) I'll be 8 or 10lbs lighter. Cause' I'm working out as well.

      +Nikita K Fantastic!! Did it for 2 weeks straight. Lost 21lbs!!; Was hard af, but was worth it but since I'm an active gymie, I only followed the diet of day 1 and day 2, this was just easier for me and I just reallyyyy dreaded the 3rd day;
      But if you happen to go on this diet drink lots! of water and green tea throughout the day or if you feel hunger coming on.

      +Judy Roberts No you can, just discipline yourself and drinks lots and lots of water. Talking at least a gallon a day; but this definitely isn't! a diet you do for a long period of time; But it's a great way to jumpstart if you want to start a fitness journey or healthy eating.

I love this, I am a tea drinker, and this tea was no different to me to have during my day. I drink at least to cups a day and feel full.     This diet was done wrong. Instead of coffee, she had cwoffee. Haha. No, but really, she substituted many meals which you're not supposed to do. Then, she had a big apple, which is only supposed to be a small one. Then, she drank coffee for the second and third day which you're only supposed to drink the first day. And the. She didn't use saltine crackers, she ate wheat crackers. Then she ate 1 cup of carrots which is only supposed to be 1/2 cup. Also, she ate 1 cup of ice cream the second day which was only supposed to be 1/2 cup.

      +Shaz X I've been drinking water with some fiber powder. It helps a bit. I don't feel too hungry at all though...I just have the fiber just in case hunger might show up. This diet is actually shockingly easy as crash diets go.

    I am doing a juice fast today. that looks like a lot of food to me LOL fat sick and nearly dead the movie life changing. I have really revamped my eating habits to a far netter way.the movie is on youtube and NetflixsI might have to try this diet. great job to you both

    Great video! No wonder you're starving and so tired: On the original diet you are NOT supposed to use low-fat anything. The ice cream, cottage cheese, hot dogs, etc should be normal full fat food. I get so full on this diet. I also didn't exercise and lost 6 pounds just like you.

      Technically you're supposed to have it for the calcium which is why it's plain vanilla but you can substitute with frozen yogurt or something else that is calcium rich

    Anyone would lose 10 pounds in a week with what little you ate. That first ten pounds is mostly water weight! You will lose weight quickly on the 'starvation' diet and with just drinking black coffee or tea (did you drink any water?) which are both diuretics (makes you pee). If you stayed on this diet long term you would find that the weight loss would slow and you would be frustrated and... hungry. Diets like this are FADS and it's hard on your body.     what kind of tuna can i use? I only see canned tunas in the grocery near our place (which do have oil) is't considerable?

      Kaye Sasaki find tuna in water, chicken of the sea is a good brand for it.

      yes you can people do it all the time ... I advise you do the diet once a week ... so after u finish the first 3 days .. wait until the next week and do it again

    All the videos that i have seen of people on this diet is that everyone looks really exhausted on the last and third day, but my question to you is how are you going to jump start your diet if you don't like exercising? you know you are going to gain it all back right?

      billybryang hi, yes i agree. I'm actually doing exercise now 3 times a week. i have since lost a total of 11lbs. i will be doing an update.

      For this stupid diet it is normal. But really you shouldn't be hungry and tired all the time. You can still eat healthy and lose weight and not feel like crap.

    There is no way i would do this diet... i wouldnt eat any of that like that. That seem like it would be torture. For that diet i would rather do a detox. Im a fat ass always have been. That would make me feel deprived and frustated i dont kniw how you did. I could not do it gracfully.
