When I first heard Follow You I thought of Lily by Alan Walker, K-391, and Emilie Hollow. Then I listened to the Heaven & Hell album by Ava Max and heard So Am I and I fell in love with the way all of them sound so similar and awesome. This is an amazing mashup and I love it! ...Although I will say, if it had that beautiful piano bit from Follow You at the end it would be so cool. It almost makes me tear up every time I listen to it when hearing Follow You...
I believe that Ava Max took inspiration from Take on me by Aha and Feel this Moment which led to the popularization of this chord progression :') Many other songs are like this such as We're good by Dua Lipa, Can we Dance by The Vamps, White Mercedes and sm more ❤
