Polaris Ranger XP1000 Northstar Property tour, taking out the trash?

If you are getting tired of being on lock down and are looking for an escape from your usual, then you can join me in the cab of the Polaris Ranger XP1000 Northstar edition as I take out the trash! Wait! What?? Seriously? Yes, that's right but today we are going to take the LONG way through fields, woods, creeks and more just to get the trash out to the public road, then we'll get a tour of our mile long gravel driveway on the return trip and then a quick run to see if there are any turkeys in the field behind the house as well. At least it is pretty scenery here at our Southern Illinois farm, so I hope you join me and enjoy the tour of the property! Kapper outdoors, I can’t explain how well you can demonstrate how the ranger can handle in these types of conditions. I also like the everyday videos. This was actually how I came to your channel thanks kapper for producing great videos on how the SXS can handle in thes conditions.

Been spending alot of time up in my remote camp in the Adirondacks. Did my maple syrup and now trying a new adventure making birch syrup. Alot of effort for small rewards. It's a different taste for sure

Been watching your vids for a long time now. they are great! One little hint. I work in the health care industry ( at a major regional Trauma Center). The statisticians and Epidemiologists are now saying that the current models being used to predict the effect of this thing were 70 to 75 percent WRONG. Everything (infection rates and mortality rates) were WAY over stated. It's not about infection control. Its about control period.

Always good to see the Polaris getting to stretch its legs. Been on a sickleave since before the whole CV deal. With still -plenty- of snow comming down here in these arctic area, i've pretty much been snowed in regardlessly. You have a stunning property Kap :)
Have you named the Polaris by the way? Both it, the Bobcats, the tractor and the dump truck seems deserving of names at this point :P Just a suggestion while waiting the CV out.

My wife and little kids only leave our little homestead once a week to shop anyways so now I'm doing that for them. I'm still working 50+ hours a week so not much changed here for us...

Well I doubt they'd do that, it is a big company to run. But in our area, a lot of machine sales are still quite busy, they just stay 6 feet apart. Thanks

The State Dept considers me essential, so I am at work every day, driving my 1.5 hour each way commute. Many of the others around me are working from home, but I am happy to go to work every day. Kind of hard to observe and control a large construction project from my office at home.

Man It's been a few years but I think just over 60k. But since the 200 amp service was already in the back of the property it was well worth it, so we did not have to pay anything for power way back there.
Did you put it in "work" mode to get up the slimy road in the forest? I just bought this same machine
Don't recall, but those modes really make a big difference!
Do you know what the top speed is on that Northstar? Just ordered a brand new one, kind of curious how fast they are
Don't recall. They are not quite as fast as some others but they are heavier with the cab, HD frame, and A/C and such. But they ride great! Good luck!
