I agree - the Compact I have had since it was first released (w T1) served me well. 2 Years ago I bought the pro8 and it is a definite upgrade and worth every cent. I keep threatening to sell the Compact but so far it's nice to have an instant backup just in case.
Hey Sean, I’m a big fan of your channel. I notice that blue jean color tele hanging between your sound panels doesn’t get played much on air. Can I have it?
Thanks for the video really enjoyed your review of the system. What sort of levels do you use for recording directly from the bose system into you zoom recorder? I tried mine and it kept clipping out for me.
Question my friend I have one of these and was wondering in your opinion where is the best place to place it on stage behind you or in front. Behind I find you get feed back in front it seems muffled.
Sean I want to be like you when I grow up! I’m so happy for you! And I’m likely a lot older than you too lol, but I’m still looking to grow up to be like you one day! 🫶Love your OG Stuff Bro
I don’t feel like the tone of the mixer is any different. But I prefer it just because the system lowers it and I don’t need an extra plug. Plus all the onboard effects I’d prefer to save digitally as with the rotary knobs on a traditional mixer.
@@seandaniel23 When you accompany some great voices I've noticed you stay right there with them. You're right there. You're good at that. You're in the background but there is a nice harmony to it all. Kinda reminds of Jim Croce & Maury Muehleisen. Maury was always in the background but his guitar was right there with Jim just right there. Magic. Cheers to you.
Was wondering if you ever used 2 L1 Compacts before? I have L1 Compact now with the original Tonematch T1 mixer. Was considering grabbing another used Compact for $600 and running 2. OR just moving to the new L1 Pro8 ($1200) I don’t think I can use the old T1 mixer (need 4 channels) so I’d also have to get the new T4S ($700). Not sure what I’m asking, but do you have any advice!?
I have used the all different models of L1s since their introduction and currently used 2 compacts and the original Tonematch. It sounds incredible, but there are definite limitations. As a solo acoustic performer, it’s perfect for me… although I’m seriously considering a 16Pro:)
First...you know I'm one of your biggest fans Sean. No hands in pockets on stage Gracie. Makes you look disinterested. You are not filling time on stage Sean (if in gest which I believe it was, still doesn't work) - you are entertaining folks looking to be entertained. Gracie....you're best prepared to take the stage with 20 mastered songs memorized cold. Sweats and hoodies should never see a stage. Any loving parent will finance the beginnings of a wardrobe for such an ambitious endeavor. Just ask. Lastly, never succumb to society's thirst for drilling down to the lowest common denominator. Temptations abound. Establish a baseline standard above the crowd.
I have to say that I agree about the attention to detail since they are both so talented. Sean is not just a talented musician but he has some pretty decent song writing skills. They are both above the whole busker level use your phone for lyrics thing in my opinion. Either way I'll watch their progress and enjoy the ride with them. Cheers to team Gracie & Sean!
One of the many reasons why you are loved. Bravo dude.
I appreciate it!
I picked the L1 Pro16 last year and it's been an awesome upgrade from the Compact! Cheers Sean!!
So great to hear! love the Bose stuff!
Thank you - I have the 32 and just got S1 and 2 812's and trying to learn as much as I can for my new event center! great demo
That's a great setup!
Two great performances from you and Gracie. Thanks for demoing the Bose L1 Pro8 and Tonematch mixer mixer too!
Thanks so much Joe!
your tips & lessons are top knotch ! your jams with Gracie was Freakin great playing... 👍🏻
Sounding good man (and Gracie - sweet). I'm disappointed that you didn't take up my idea of moving into Opera but I still love you guys.
It might take some time!

Inspiring Sean I hope someday quit my 9-to-5 and just make music play guitar full-time keep it up, never change
Best of luck my guy!

Man I wish I could! My mom painted that for me so it's a family heirloom :)
Very nice, well done! That Martin sounds great through the Bose!! 8) --gary
Thanks so much! I love the sound of it!
when playing live do you use a foldback monitor? or are you able to hear yourself just fine?
I love that Emerald Guitar!!
Thanks so much! Me too!

@@seandaniel23 I’d give more and will at some point my brother
I'm looking at buying the Pro 8. Can you use a wired to wireless adapter with this system??
How much better sound do you get out of the Bose T4 mixer compared to a traditional Yamaha or Mackie?
I don’t feel like the tone of the mixer is any different. But I prefer it just because the system lowers it and I don’t need an extra plug. Plus all the onboard effects I’d prefer to save digitally as with the rotary knobs on a traditional mixer.
I'm just not sure why you aren't working at Sweet Water as a Rep?
I pretty much am!
