Instead we got a generic copy and paste of Benfica's stadium. The only areas they got spot on were the proximity to Highbury and pitch and seat quality. But this looks great and unique and I imagine, being enclosed with a minimised volume, that the atmosphere could be brilliant.

People joke about other fan bases not generating a good atmosphere, but the truth is everyone's at the mercy of a building's acoustics. It's why places like Goodison & Elland Road have such incredible atmospheres - it's all about the roof!
They may not have won trophies in recent years, but this Stadium is going to attract top players who will get them back challenging for major honours! A stadium can have just as much impact on a players decision to move their as anything else! At the end of day, players always look at where they will be actually playing! No I don’t think moving to The docks is the best idea because the atmosphere will be shocking so we will lose the goodison feeling, the grand old goodison will be knocked down obviously and out stadium will be underwater in 10 years time, I think we should rehouse people living around the stadium break the houses down and knock goodion down itself and build up again, we will be in the same spot with the same goodion feeling, this would help the whole confidence of the club itself and should be the way Everton go
