Something to note about the end, Andros says "I saved two worlds!" originally he was going to say "I killed Zordon!" but they realized probably not the right thing to brag about, so they changed his line. Also being a big "In Space" fan, it's not just having Tommy and Jason back together, but Andros and TJ reunion as well. love it. Lost count how many times I've seen this. So good!
This is THE episode of Power Rangers, for sure. Once and Always is a great special, for sure. But Forever Red accomplished A LOT in 22 minutes. Such a great love letter to everything Power Rangers at that point.
Ricardo Medina killed someone, in self defense, who literally busted his door in and was going wild at him and his girlfriend. He was let off for self defense, until the guy's parents paid to make sure he went to prison because money talks. I feel for him.
This episode has so much more weight, after the passing of JDF. It's shows like this that allow people to travel back to a more simpler time, when life was less harsh.
Look we all love Tommy (RIP JASON DAVID ) but I loved the mad respect Jason got as the OG Red Ranger..the fact is Jason was hand picked over every one of the future rangers on earth by Zordon himself and all the earth rangers were around when Zordon picked Jason over them...that speaks volumes about the right stuff that Jason has over all the others.
Jason fans with their weird head cannon and meaningless statistics on social media to cope with the fact that Tommy is the most popular character of the franchise 😂

Jason was still first pick, and almost flipped that back on its head coming back as Gold later; while Tommy wasn't chosen at all at first, and wouldn't have if wasn't for Rita Tommy is popular with people that haven't rewatched this series in forever, but watch it again. Dude not only lost his powers twice and gave up the third time, and when he came back in black, he was useless for half the season. I like JDF and Tommy is fine when he's written morally gray or villainous, but he's nostalgia over substance incarnate. Not only not the first, not even that good of a leader. Andros and Carter are both better leaders; and Wes and Scott are arguably the most accomplished Reds barring maybe Zayto.

Something like this to happen so early in my childhood ... as a kid I guess I didn't know how something epic felt... looking back to it now... It was something so unique so amazing.. A true once in a lifetime event and for every one of the actors to come back for a reunion... you can see the dedication they had in the early days... It was a true masterpiece.. Can't believe Ronan never experienced this..
This episode was amazing, I recorded it and rewatched it so many times! As for best and most powerful ranger, easily RJ from Jungle Fury for me - he consistently fought to a draw the main villain of his series without even having to morph, a true badass
This was originally planned to be longer . Too bad steve cardenas wasn't in the episode as rocky, they wanted him in the episode but they couldn't get in contact with him. Another interesting fact is that some of the villains in this episode were also voiced by Archie Kao, Walter Jones and Catherine Sutherland. Also all of leo's scene were added in post production as the actor originally wasn't going to do it as he had a dispute with the production team following the team up episode between lost galaxy and lightspeed rescue where he left the set due to a pay dispute .
TJ lost his powers but regain them in Forever Red, therefore, Rocky probably would've regained his Mighty Morphin Red Powers. However, he probably would used the NInja Power Coin, while Jason would use the Dino Power Coin. And both Jason and Rocky would appear as Red Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
Fun fact about zeo in forever red: tommy retired the crystals after seeing that the crystals had leveled up so high that any attempt at attacking with force using it basically resulted in lethal force (tommy one shots a monster with one kick alone)

yea this was epic back in the day. what happened was the budget for the episode wasn't big & they actually rushed to get the episode out for the 10th anniversary. obviously if they had more time &bigger budget it would've been better
I remember watching this, I swear, it was buckets of cum for real. To me this was and still is the best crossover that Power Rangers has ever done. My only gripe was that they didn’t do a Forever Red part 2 with the red rangers from Ninja Storm to Dino Charge. That would’ve been nice for the younger generation of Ranger fans

Power Rangers wanted this to be at least a 2 parter if not more. Disney said no. They planned to have a huge space battle with several Megazord. Also they were on the moon but was able to breathe with gear.

Personally, I'm a bigger fan of Reinforcements from the Future. Mostly because this was to celebrate the past 10 seasons (25 in the Sentai Version) but... as it was just the leaders... it didn't feel like a COMPLETE celebration... plus it was supposed to lead into Power Rangers Hexegon... which was the series that was PLANNED to be the one after Wild Force... then Disney happened and Hexegon got canned and we got Ninja Storm instead... so... this really doesn't have much pay off other than getting Jason back into action after Zeo... payoff for the fans, sure... but what it was supposed to lead to... not so much... Also, I think Jason Faunt even said Reinforcements was his favorite compared to Forever... because of the fact it completed his story, and it was fun getting to have everyone around.
Power rangers is my favorite show of all time I am autisic so for me Power rangers is different because I saw myself in each ranger over the 30 year run of power rangers I also learned about life from them they became like family so getting to see them back in action is pretty special Forever red is the 10th anniversary special I agree the specials are the ones to react to one I would react to the special in operation overdrive it's a 2 parter and super mega force the final battle and Dino charge season 2 with the Green Morphin master because she answered my questions I had for years beast morphers special and super ninja steels special episode I also love the power transfer episodes and the introduction of the 6th to 7th rangers Dino charge had 10 rangers total but I loved how they got their ranger powers and who was chosen to be the rangers and Cosmic Fury because of who is brought back
