1:19 isn't really a goof, the wheel always slows you down when you enter a realm. Thats why Vert was going so slow when he entered the swamp realm

Most of the color changes especially with the neon is probably a change done in-between races and well some of it's trivial like the hydro treds

In the storm realm when the drone driving RD-08 turned to a bigger car u can see that green glass on his face is gone but in the nxt scene its back
