I have whirlpool 220 L frost free fridge. My freezer is ok ice freezing normal, fan is working but in lower part of the freeze cooling is not proper and because of that thermostat is not working due to less cooling. Sir what may be the problem please reply soon.

double door freeze is not cooling . in my box type relay also checked and compressor also running normal. when the line is one , compressor is running with good sound but after 5s second .some sound cut off coming at relay, this compressor is running but not cooling I checked PCB board also ok. why does not take pick up for cooling ?
