In my opinion, LG and Samsung are equally good. You can choose either of them LG (pros): There is a little more airflow and a little more trust factor with LG. Samsung (pro): Highest Max cooling capacity (1.8 T), unique design, Freeze Wash, and anticorrosive coating on both condenser and evaporator fin. No need to add Panasonic or IFB in this comparison.

My experience in 2 towns and villages Worst experience Samsung Blue star Carrier Panasonic Remaining brands don’t even think worst to worst. Best Supporting brands LG ( with in 1 - 2 week’s waiting period) contacting customer care is very hard 😢 Blue star ( 1-2 months waiting period) Samsung ( No one mind ) I think in villages or 2 towns buy AC or TV from local shops, atleast they will try to help you.

Lg has downgraded its cooling capacity, in 2023 model for it 1.5 ton its below 5000w so., rating daikin above lg in terms of performance is simply not justified.
