This guy had the audacity to lay the floor plans right onto the scale model which likely cost over $100k to build lol.
This guy also has the audacity to keep throwing English words in between his script with the incorrect pronunciation.😮💨
I take it as a compliment as this audacity was approved by the sales manager of the developer which you’d have guessed that paid over $100k for the model, this also could be a compliment as well. Audacity is what we’ve at least earned your precious comment. So thank you😊

@@JJS432 the concept was to lay it at the right angle close enough to show to the audience which exposure and view the units will be. Just like how the sales manager will show you when you’re physically visiting the presentation Centre.
