Blizzard adds shit cards for every expansion, cursed blade, amgam rager, doom, ect, on purpose to keep the powerlevel of the cards down. Just because they made one bad card doesn't mean we should witch hunt them and put their heads on a pike for this, they probably had good intentions. I'm pretty sure they are already looking for ways to make priest opieop in the next expansion. Brode says he was sorry, and we should accept his apology. Hell, if I really wanted to talk shit I would have made a text post instead on Reddit calling out blizzard for every tiny blunder than make a joke video. This is a one and done thing, let's not take it too seriously guys
As an only-Priest player.. I can only say farewell, see you next year when they release a 11 mana -/2/1 minion that costs 1 less if you are playing Priest and has a battlecry : Concedes the game for you, since you shouldnt even be trying.
Priest is honestly not the trashiest thing in the world right now, I've been playing the Resurrect variant of control priest with Injured Blademasters n shit and it's been doing fine. Not even close to tier 1 and definitely needs help, but I'd say it's at least a solid low tier 2. Meanwhile the entire rogue class is trash in constructed due to their inherently-inconsistent combo mechanic and lack of reliably efficient card draw despite needing 5x as many cards as any other class to do anything. Rogue has been trash for far longer than priest. I don't wanna go back to the days where going against priest just meant autoconceding because they WOULD answer ANYTHING you played in ANY order yet you still had to play stuff because if you didn't they'd just dump Rag/Ysera.
Got legend with nzoth priest, first one, so i would say if u got brain/decent deck priest is like 7/10 right now ;> There will be good neutrals in expansion for priest so hes playable.

I think Blizzards motivation when creating new cards is to make the game accessible to new players. That's why they introduced C'thun and gave it to everyone. Basic C'thun decks are cheap and have the ability to win more games than any other basic decks.
I knew there was a reason I named my priest deck "Lil' Wimp Anduin". Knew it. Now if only I could get a Tyrande card to make my "Hush, Tyrande" deck even more relevant. Good stuff though, lost it at Purify. Holy shit.
