Love how these turned out - and have been a fan of the Somerset Studio and its family of publications for years. Yes a steep cost but so worth it. Yours are lovely.
Wonderful! Even though expensive it is worth it. Yes, you do have to wait a while. The issue after May is not out until August. I have not yet got my May issues but 🤞 it will come this week.
I just found your channel. I love what you made. I have most of those items, but I don’t have a sewing machine. I will try to create something similar but will hand sew the pieces on and around the edges. I have some thin natural linen thread that might work. Thank you!
Really Sue? You should contact them. When did they say your sub was starting? I got mine for my birthday in late December and just got into the Feb issue. The next one is May. No sign of it yet. I was expecting it this week. Maybe it is held up.
Fabulous Debra!!! Love them. Could you tell me where you get those blue containers please? Been looking for something like that for ages. Ta! 🙂 xxx ❤️🇦🇺
Thanks Jan. the containers come in a pack from Spotlight. Here is the link to the video where I show them to you fully. th-cam.com/video/t1-av1UxDLM/w-d-xo.html
I really love the grungy_ness of the piece of fabric you’re tearing from. What did you use to get it so dark? I have coffee stained fabric, but it doesn’t turn out like that. Cute project, I just made two. I like projects that you can do in about 15 minutes. Thanks!
Thank you Mary. The cloth? You can achieve that affect by accidentally spilling your ink refill and mopping it up with a cloth. 😂😂😂 Seriously, that is what happened while I was teaching a class. So embarrassing!
Absolutely beautiful! Love what you did here! Thank you so much for sharing! Hugs and smiles! 😘🤗💗🦋
Thanks so much Angela 😊Thanks for stopping by from sunny England. 😉Can't wait to be able to travel again and get back over there. cheers, Debra

Thanks Cheryl. I used to be able to buy it here in Australia about 10 years ago but no more. I think it is worth the cover price. cheers, Debra

Welcome! I am sure you can create something with hand sewing or faux stitching. Natural linen thread sounds perfect.
Adore this also.
Thanks.
I have ordered a subscription for these in Dec 2019 and haven’t seen any arrive yet. Lovely project. Sue💜
