Thanks for the awesome video! When charging a price per lead, how do you know how much to charge and what your Facebook lead cost will be? How to you account for that should the cost jump significantly in the future with a set fee to the client?
This is the thing with Pay Per Lead. You set a price for your client and then you have to deliver lead for less than that. Rarely will they accept a price rise etc, unless your leads are converting great. Clients will rarely walk away from good converting leads. Check out this video for how to work out what to charge - th-cam.com/video/NSSadDTa9Js/w-d-xo.html Its not an exact science but is a great rule of thumb.
You could do that, but that's a harder sell (like retainer contracts, which we stay away from). Hybrid deals are still an easier sell than retainers because they are paying for ad spend, and then paying a percentage of each conversion they make. Its still performance based, but you aren't paying for the ad spend.
Is this accepted by all countries? Like can this be done from anywhere in the world.. As an African (Nig 🇳🇬) how do i get started.. Really want to know and get doing this. Reply asap.. Thanks Dan.
Anything with a big target audience and can be easily targeted on Facebook or another traffic source. Financial Services has always been a great industry for us as there are so many niches there. Home Renovations is doing well also, and of course real estate/ mortgages. Really the best way to go about chosing a niche, is something that you are already experienced in. Get that humming then move into new niches.
Solar niche is a huge PPL niche. Lots of competitions, but huge opportunities and a lot of ads to look at in the Facebook ads library. It has a more complicated price structure however, as different states pay different amounts for leads.
Cali's population is actually closer to 40,000,000, Dan. Love your content!:)

What about, retainer + ROAS? Hybrid...Isn't soley leads more risky just an easier sell but less security?

Hey man, I'm not 100% sure on nigeria, but i know guys in South Africa dealing with similar niches.
Do you have any content on transitioning from pay per lead to pay per call?
We don't at the moment. We don't really do any Pay Per Call at the moment, only Pay Per Lead & Pay Per Appointment.
Cybersecurity good niche?
Yeah I've seen guys do well in that niche.
Is it ok to charge small retainers and fees on each leads?
We've never done it. But you can get the client to pay for the ad spend and you charge them based on performance.
Keep it up 👍
Cheers Faisal!
Whats the best niche acc. To you?

How do you differentiate between lead generation websites and actual business owner sites?
Hows the solar niche?
