I've got one of these Baxi boilers, and I've had from new for nearly 10 years, the divertor valve that switches between hot water and radiators has been replaced about 8 times now. Every year it fails.
Diverter valves going faulty on anything made by Baxi is a common fault. My Mains 24 he leaked after 4 years post installation and since then I've had it replaced approx 10 times (luckily I had extended warranty) . I don't believe the replacement diverter valves are made like the original. System was cleaned and filter fitted but still had the same problem. Replaced the boiler completely. Terrible boilers. Especially if you run a busy household.
I’m a new gas engineer , and you videos are very helpful , keep them up brother 💯

Several times water has got past it and soaked the black electronic thing above it and shorted it out.
Will never buy another Baxi
you might had a faulty diverter valve cartridge. If changed that you wouldn't have had leaks
👍👍👍👍

You haven’t shown clearly what you’re doing just standing front of the boiler
