Whether white, black, Asian, Indian - or that green Alien chick from Star Trek! - all women seem to immensely like Robert Plant and his STELLAR vocals!!! A rock God for sure.
Yep, they were that kind of band. Every guy wanted to be them and every woman wanted to be with them. Robert Plant gets my vote as the best front man of all time.
The GOATS! This song is from 1969. 54 years ago! They are from England and the greatest band of all time. This is the first time I have heard of anyone having not even heard of them before.
You can play this band at any bar today and ppl will know the music and groove to it. 54 years ago and still holds up. not many bands have that power. plus Robert Plant is one of the most captivating front men i’ve ever seen. you simply can’t look away. (his music w bluegrass songstress Alison Krauss is also incredible)
It's even better live in concert. Welcome to the great world of Led Zeppelin, K Shavon. There is much to explore and appreciate with these kings of 70's rock. I've been listening to them since junior high and I am 62 now and they are my absolute favorite band. Rock on sister!!!
This was the song I listened to the first time I ever "got lit" as you say on a quadrophonic (4 speaker) system. Yes, I am an OLD man! :-) Loved your reaction. Robert Plant has more confidence than any 10 lions in my opinion.
You gonna fall in love with him that is Mister Robert Plant you also have Jimmy Page on guitar JPJ on bass ( John Paul Jones) John Bonham on drums please go down the rabbit hole with this group I'm gonna help you through it my sister lol
@kshavon3098 If/When you get to Stairway to Heaven live at MSG please be sure not to pause during the guitar solo. Many of us consider it sacred. Maybe the greatest singular performance in rock history. Led Zeppelin were full blown rock gods that night 50 years ago. The double necked guitar is both a 12 string, for most of the performance and a 6 string for THE guitar solo by Jimmy Page. John Bonham, the drummer, was the best drummer of all time. The band broke up when Bonham died from choking on his own vomit during a drinking binge. The shirt Robert is wearing is supposedly a blouse from his girlfriend. And enjoy "The Bulge"! You will know it when you see it.
Ohhh! Getting to the classics now 😊 i love thay youre on this journey. This era had some greats. My favorite was Black Sabbath. They were definitely cutting edge and I consider them the very foundation of metal as we know it. If you ever check em out, one of their more popular ones is War Pigs which will likely grow your channel
Saw Black Sabbath in 1971. They headlined a show that started with Yes❣️ then came Alice Cooper? Literally mind blowing and honestly, Black Sabbath just couldn't top those opening acts. It was a very memorable night and a weird combination. Lol I don't remember much of black sabbath but that probably wasn't their fault.🥴☮️
Robert Plant is your boy on vocals. ♥ I hope when you try Kashmir...you react to Kashmir - Live - Celebration Day; the surviving members are all near 60 yrs and the drummer, Jason, is the son of deceased drummer - John Bonham.
Im 67 and heard this first as a NEW song. Bk then-your back door man-only meant the guy sliipin out the back door when your OTHER man got home.. EARLY🥴🥴😂😂 not what it sounds like to todays gen. Just thot you should know. … dan.
