Do you know or have a range what your body count is? If you do, can you tell us? I'm asking because sometimes women misunderstand the real range of beeing promiscuous. So there's a chance you shouldn't count this as this.

Not trying to play the numbers game. I just heard from many women with less than 10 sex partners at the age of 25 calling themselves promiscuous. Even though that's a very reasonable count. At least according to my observations.
My point is, it's actually scientifically proven, that the likelihood of negative psychological effects appear after 10 partners. (Only counting the acts of casual sex)
By no means I'm trying to ignore the influence of the forced ones. Just trying to extract the significance according to the studies.
I don't know the exact ranges of the individual influences, but it was something like: after 10 there's a higher risk of unhappiness in marriages, after 15 intimacy loses a portion of importance in monogamous relationships and after 30 or 40 the brain kinda rewires itself and sex is no longer associated with exclusivity, so there're way less inhibitions for cheating.
What you told in the video is quite hard to categorize. At first it sounded like you were punishing yourself with the assumption, but later it went more traumtic with complex effects.
So if you can tell an approximate range, what would be? Way more the maximum I mentioned?
If not, is there something like a limbo state between the psychological influences?

No longer the case but it caused mental anguish and physical pain. Women have to be mentally there during sex. If not, it causes pain or sometimes not pain but also no pleasure whatsoever.
