A point to make: At the start AFO was mocking Deku and heros for "making excuses" - then at the end of the episode he was making excuses. "This coffin! Eraserhead and those kids! Splitting us up!"
He talks about and boasts about his ability to plan everything out perfectly yet when things don't go to his plan he makes excuses and deems it unfair.
