To answer many questions. This Drama is called Sunshine of my Life, it is a very good drama the main leads are great together. It has a focus kn supporting and growing with each other. This situation here is not what it seems like. The two leads just had a fight about a situation I won't go into. She was feeling upset and saw then here. She isn't jealous or upset about them being together she trusts him (a common theme in the show) seeing him here just made her miss him so she is sad about them fighting. The girl in question is very sick and he had been spending all his time with her while telling his GF that he was working. She was upset because she felt like she was an outsider and was kept in the dark about a very important and serious thing happening in his life. It made her feeling like he could not trust her to be understanding and thought she would be jealous.
