Nice presentation but there are few mistakes. 1. When OP Nayyar sahab was composing Baaz in 1953 Geeta Dutt was not married to Guru Dutt. 2. Your words about Geeta Dutt saying "Yeh ladka aage jaake khub naam karega" may not be correct, because Geeta Dutt was younger to Nayyar sahab by 4/5 years. OPN was senior in age and music (Radio/film) also.

There was 11 years corrospendence between this greatest Composer and me besides his ten days stay with me at my house in 1992.
He left his house in 1989. Geeta Roy sang in his very first film " Aasman" in 1952 and then said_" Ek din ye Sangeetkar bahut uncha jaayga". He was never in financial difficulty. His Royalty of music was more than sufficient. Asha Bhosle came in his life as singer in 1952 " Chham Chhama Chham. Thanks with regards

Second observation: OP Nayyar Sahab had no financial problem during his last days. It is a myth. OP sahab had enough money, he used to get royalty and finally the family where he was a paying guest used to take care of OPN sahab as their head of the family.

Facts are not right. Asha B and he broke up their professional contract so that she didnt feel obligated and live her life. He loved her doesnt mean she did. If Asha got a career OPN also got great hits with AshaB.. collaborations are good. Asha B was still with Mr Bhonsle and then she moved on to Marry again with RDB and they made fab music and history.

संगीतकार ओ. पी . नय्यर साहब के जीवन के आखिरी साल बेहद अकेलेपन, गुमनामी, दुःखभरे और आर्थिक तंगी के थे.
उस जमाने में,फिल्म जगतसे जुडे सभीने... ऍक्टर्स, एक्टरेसेस,गायक, वादक,गीतकार, संगीतकार,
टेकनिशियन्स, इत्यादी लोगोंने, settle होनेपर, सबसे पहले
अपना खुद का छोटा - बडा घर / बंगला जरूर बनवाया. नय्यर साहब ने भी बहोत नाम, पैसा तो कमाया, लेकिन पैसा आपने महेंगे शौक, बेहद महेंगी विदेशी Cadillac गाडी,इत्यादी पर खर्च कर दिया. काश, जब हाथ में पैसे थे, तब वे एक फ्लॅट /घर ले लेते.
बादमें उनकी फॅमिलीने उन्हें उनकेही घरसे बेदखल किया,कारण..... नय्यर साहब का एक गायिकासे प्रेमसंबंध .....अंत में नय्यर साहब बिलकुल बेघर, बेसहरा हुए.....वह गायिका भी उन्हें छोडके चली गयी.... काम और पैसे आने बंद हुए.....
नय्यर साहब राजा से रंक बने.
ऐसा किसी के साथ ना हो.
