In changing circumstances rhe modern educated earning women not intrested on male supremacy and they want to win also on in-laws family further supported by her perents because of the teast and enjoying financial savings etc .when either of the familie thinking of the financial aspect relation ship of wife and husbend are effect on Happy Life so the result ultimately analyse what is the need of marriage why not understanding contact marriage.The present legal system also coordinating with easy way of divorce in case of favourable understandings for reducing family disturbed litigation as well as understanding relation ships legally irrespective of castes and religions to get avoid law and order. Unfortunately the verdicts not guided with family structure developments following so far ethnically.please suggest to save religious marital system more particularly Hindu Laws and traditions .
