nah obviously he knows more than he says but he’s in the dark with a lot of it and doesn’t spend much time with the producers, he spoke so much about it on his streams in the first lockdown that I think he genuinely doesn’t know much about it
Obviously. He's still employed by the show he's hardly going to badmouth it or reveal secrets. Plus he's probably signed an NDA.

@@squishykim it’s not banned theres an area outside of the villa where they can smoke there’s just not a smoking area anymore within the villa
@@squishykim They've moved it to a section outside the front of the villa now I believe, after S2 & S3 they realised their target audience were young so stopped showing smoking and sex!

He literally doesn't know. He gets sent the episode and he narrates over it while sitting at home. He doesn't film it himself like 😂😂

Also, he’s a voiceover - not a producer, he’s not gonna be told if it’s scripted or not, he’s just one of the talents they hire, as soon as his contract with them was up he’d then be able to say if it’s scripted and they wouldn’t be able to do anything, so why would they tell him?
And if it was the case he knew, he’d be under NDA so legally he WOULDN'T be able to say

In the first couple seasons they were allowed! And they were allowed to smoke darts on set too haha go back at watch them, they are very good

Main reason they avoid showing eating is cos chewing sounds awful on mic. Also a reason most tv shows don't allow gum. Earlier seasons of LI would show group meals more, but now they have communal meals off camera. Except breakfast and some snacks. I heard they separate boys & girls to avoid drama happening off camera. Ditto the days off, though I heard they don't have full days off anymore. Maybe a half day. And not sure if they can go out at all on their day off due to COVID. Whereas S3 at least talked about going to the beach with chaperones on their days off.
