Cell already got perfection, so there's nothing left for him to do except fight for the survival of Universe 7. I'm proud of you, Frieza. Now what I want to see is you teaming up with Goku and fighting Jiren. Make it happen, please, it would be one hell of a fight. Be aware of the Universe 4's missing fighters though, I think they're tougher than Jiren because of the whole "Mortal-that's-stronger-than-their-God-of-Destruction-and-Beerus" thing. The manga revealed that Beerus lost to Quitela in an arm wrestling match, so Quitela might be the one that has the strongest mortal in the arena. There's two invisible/missing fighters, one is named Damom and the other is Gamisaras; I believe Damom is the mortal that's stronger than Quitela, it's either him or his twin Gamisaras. Tien and Hit even sensed this presence earlier in the tournament of power. Tien called it a "faint" presence, while Hit called it a "disturbing" presence, both Tien and Hit were referring to the missing fighters from Universe 4, since one is underground and the other is invisible. Sounds like the tournament of power is going to get spicier once these fighters will be revealed, these things might even be on Jiren's level or higher. I wonder if this will happen: People will think Jiren is the strongest fighter, but that might change when these fighters get revealed because of the disturbing presence. The missing fighters from Universe 4 are small bugs. There's a chance that they could be master assassins in their universe since they're twins and pretty powerful; they could be like Hit since Hit is the master assassin of Universe 6.

He wouldnt have the ability to attain SSB like Goku because you cannot become a SSJG let alone a SSB without a ritual or exposure to god ki. He cant learn those things in Hell either.
