The interviewers: 1. Called out his(dylan's) humour as " dry " 2. Tried to Manipulate him by ruthlessly asking about his accident like they don't have a clue about it( btw, they'd done that just so they could get more bits outta him the ones he didnt intentionally wanna let out ). 3. Showed 0 respect by not waiting for even a millisecond and ordering taylor to put his water down. These guys should be fired put up a petition wtf. Or atleast they should be discouraged somehow so they could stop doing interviews cause ya'll suck at ur jobs.
Dylan's reaction when the interviewer asked if he's been hurt is so heartbreaking honestly why would he ask him that even though he knew and I'm pretty sure people know he doesn't like talking about the injury, it's so obvious how uncomfortable he was
So nice to see young, talented actors like Dylan O'Brien and Bill Skarsgard in lead roles. I was so sick of watching the same old faces over and over again.
the old guy made it so awkward by tiptoeing around dylan's injury and then asking him like that. Like everyone knows he's been hurt. Everyone also should be aware that he's uncomfortable talking about it since it's pretty obvious and I imagine his publicist or whatever has warned people about it. If you want to get it out in the open then ask him straightforwardly instead of having him fish around and do all the work talking about something that's incredibly traumatizing.
Agreed if Dylan is not doing this already. If he doesn't want to talk about the accident. He needs to tell his people to make sure the interviewers don't ask him about the accident. He is such a private person and I totally respect his reasons for not wanting to talk about his accident. ;)
my heart broke for dylan when he was pushed into talking about his accident... he probably intentionally didn't bring up his own and gave an excellent response and then was trapped into talking about it
true dat but he handled the situation very well by pointing out to the guy are you promoting me. For sure it is very difficult for Dylan to about certain things especially cause he is such a private person but more actors should be talking about how sets and stunts need to be made safer. We have had far to many deaths and accidents this year. Things need to change!!
PixieLowe1 - Taylor is also well known for being strictly private about his life on and off set. And he's been asked some really personal, intrusive stuff, yet he handles it all with aplomb, and takes it all in his stride. I think he may have been giving young Dylan a few pointers, as the lad dealt with this clumsy questioning like a pro, and especially when it was from an older, more experienced reporter who should have known better.
Seriously? "Have you been hurt?" What's the point of asking him that question when he already said everything he thinks about the actors getting hurt on set
she probably just wanted to give dylan a break, since he's been talking for minutes about uncomfortable stuff. but as soon as taylor heard "all the intrigue that's going on in this country" he was like haha nope not talking politics, and went for the water. i love taylor but she wasn't at fault there, plus it was funny
I thought Dylan would be playing the "comedic sidekick character" (ala Teen Wolf) for the rest of his life. It's nice to see someone escape typecasting. Doesn't happen very often.
Bc he's playing the "comedic sidekick character" in Deepwater horizon and the Maze runner franchise.... The only funny role he had was in the Internship and i guess we can count that guest role in New Girl too.
I'm so happy to see Taylor in more films. Especially after getting the short end of the deal about playing Gambit. Speaking of, did they ever say it was going to be made with Channing? Last thing I read was speculation that the director had walked out and it wasn't officially canceled but severely delayed
+Denise Ataei, is this a serious question? In march 2016 he had an accident on set during a stunt while filming his movie The Death Cure (comes out in theaters on 26th january 2018). He was unexpectedly pulled off one vehicle and crashed into another- with his head. He broke his face and had a brain trauma. He has 4 plates in his face now

Really looking forward to seeing two of my favorite actors in this together - Michael Keaton and Dylan O'Brien. Michael is amazing and Dylan has the spark in him to become as good as Michael Keaton.
If you want him to talk about being injured on set do it straight away or don't do it at all. It's been a hard recovery for him and is a sensitive topic. The interviewer's way of handeling that seemed not that proffessional tbh.
Eu amo Taylor kitsch, assisto tudo que ele faz até as entrevistas. Achei ele siper humilde e paciente com outro ator que parece mais uma criança falando e com esses jornalistas chatos. Taylor kitsch é gigante.
I'm shocked that they're saying the movie didn't do good enough to do a sequel or even a 2nd movie.. I thought it was great and tried finding the 2nd movie. That's when I realized they NEVER made one.. ughhh they keep cancelling all the good stuff. I'm over itttt
honestly the first time I saw the commercial I fell in love with him because you have to admit that hes very pretty and I like his character in the movie, (even though I didn't watch the movie yet).
Dylan O'Brien is one of the greatest yet Underrated actors of all time!!! He was so cool in Teen Wolfs and then I watched Love and Monsters film he is really a Talented kid (I am 16) Stiles playing a serious character is really weird for me since his face always makes me laugh (not making fun of his face, he's pretty) but He nailed it lol. And his meme template is also from this film. Actually they use the shaved one (head & Face) from Teen Wolf & Beard one from this film.
Hey It's Noreen The old guy said that he does know , it's just his job to ask him still... it's just the way he asked him about it seemed quite unexpected and rude a little.
o cara extremamente sem noção em perguntar se o dylan "se machucou" nas gravações do filme anterior q ódio sorte q o dylan é um poço de educação e soube lidar com a falta de profissionalismo
Is it just me or did that feel kind of unprofessional the way the interviewer asked Dylan about onset injuries leading him into talking about his own injury which was fairly recent and its pretty well known Dylan does have some PTSD associated with his injury.
Have you been hurt was such a stupid thing to say because it didn't prompt him to tall it just completely shut him down. He was talking about it without straight up saying I was hurt
I’m starting to realize that a lot of News Anchors (the ones in the studio not the journalists in the field) are lowkey some of if the not THE worst interviewers ever. (Perfect example= Cara Delevingne on Good morning talk show) Like half don’t know how to joke around with actors/take a joke (especially dry humor) and the old guy bringing up (in a terrible way) the injury Dylan had, even though he has made clear he doesn’t like talking about. (Props to the lady for changing the subject though, smart/kind move) I feel like any time the anchors “joke” it’s like a passive aggressive remark with a smile. This isn’t the worst I’ve seen but they make me cringe half the time not gonna lie. Their interview on WJZ was good though
Watch the fan girls attack the old white guy 😶 and I'm not defending the guy you can see by the look on his face he didn't want to ask that question and you know this producers will do anything for a story and if he didn't ask that he wouldn't have been doing his job and will get into deepshit for that😐
No, he shouldn't have avoided that topic. This is an action film, they talked about stunts. However, the interviewer should have approached with "and you've been hurt on set as well" instead of "have you been hurt?".
This is actually really annoying don't ask or try to nosey into people's lives when you know half the information like stop he doesn't want to talk about the accident!!!!😪
Jesus if these interviewers wanna ask him about that accident they should just say it up front not make the poor guy beat around the bush for it...even though I personally believe its very insensitive of these interviewers to keep asking him about it I wish they'd just stop it was obviously a very traumatic and painful time for him and his family and brings up painful memories for him that he doesn't wanna be reminded of in every bloody interview...
lets assume that that film american assasin it a follow up of x men films universe since gambit film got canceled and taylor kitsch still playing gambit in that movie after the events of x men days of future past and the erased events of x men origin wolverine gambit was a former member of the x men turned a traitor and mutant terrorist in the 2017 present day in x men films revised timeline . i glad that gambit died at the hand of dylan o brien's character

I was so angry at them when they said the first one like whats their problem? He can joke if he wants to.
as soon as the interview started, I had an idea that something like this was gonna happen. Experience, hah!
I love Dylan so much, he just seems so down to earth and such a nice guy.
isabella jordan I live him so much to but probably more
Dylan's reaction when the interviewer asked if he's been hurt is so heartbreaking honestly why would he ask him that even though he knew and I'm pretty sure people know he doesn't like talking about the injury, it's so obvious how uncomfortable he was
You right (btw we‘ve same name)
Dylan O'Brien and Taylor Kitsch should be cast as brothers in a film.
They sort’ve were in this film. The surrogate sons of Stan Hurley.
If you want to address his accident, then just do it. Don't ask if he's been hurt. He couldn't even believe the question.
So nice to see young, talented actors like Dylan O'Brien and Bill Skarsgard in lead roles. I was so sick of watching the same old faces over and over again.
HollyGolightly078 yeah. Im looking forward to watch it☺
I agree 100% with you. Both are very talented, diversified actors who deserve more opportunities to shine. I'm happy they're getting the chance.
Unicornplayz YT hot doesn't mean one is a good actor. But dylan is very good
Yessssssssss exactly
Same
i disliked the video just for the old guy. that was really unprofessional. Dylan was polite as always.
the old guy made it so awkward by tiptoeing around dylan's injury and then asking him like that. Like everyone knows he's been hurt. Rox the Fox yes thank you! I saw how Dylan was a bit taken back by the question you could see the hesitation
Agreed if Dylan is not doing this already. If he doesn't want to talk about the accident. He needs to tell his people to make sure the interviewers don't ask him about the accident. He is such a private person and I totally respect his reasons for not wanting to talk about his accident. ;)
Rox the Fox that’s Charlie Rose, I don’t really like him as an interviewer.
Seresha Clarke Ditto!! :-)
I'm sorry, but what was the injury?
my heart broke for dylan when he was pushed into talking about his accident... he probably intentionally didn't bring up his own and gave an excellent response and then was trapped into talking about it

PixieLowe1 he's an actor a private person jajajaja jajajaja jajajaja jajajaja
dude not all actors are as private as Dylan is!!

Hi Judi tbh I am not familiar with Taylor's work or any of his interviews etc but I totally agree with what you have to say about these reporters. ;-)
Taylor's little smile when Dylan responded that he's Been hurt like, "YOU GO GIRL"
The way that Dylan tried to laugh everything off literally broke my heart 🙃
Seriously? "Have you been hurt?" What's the point of asking him that question when he already said everything he thinks about the actors getting hurt on set
That was a low blow because Dylan was seriously hurt on set! Very unprofessional!
Azra I know!! I thought that was pretty rude too.
everyone's talking about Dylan O'Brien and the old guy and I'm sitting here thinking, don't tell Taylor to put his water down, how rude
Natasja T EXACTLY!!!!
😐😱

He made that MTV show his own anyway so no one is surprised he's getting the lead roles.
Bc he's playing the "comedic sidekick character" in Deepwater horizon and the Maze runner franchise.... The only funny role he had was in the Internship and i guess we can count that guest role in New Girl too.
I like how the lady interviewer changed the subject
The AUDACITY , " have you been hurt?"smh
when he laughed and no one else did i felt so bad dylan obrien is literally the best
what the heck is wrong with the reporter. Leave dylan alone my goodness
Dylan is a big boy I'm sure he can handle it. Get a hold of yourself
@@brandonguindon1056 well he cant he suffers from PTSD not bad but some mid he dont like to talk about it not to start a argument but I'm just saying
I'm so proud of Dylan. He deserves the world
They could be brothers they look kinda similar
Never24Summer I also thought that
Never24Summer yeah!!
What an awkward interview lol
"Oh, he's in the movie" Nice 😂😂😂💛
Who loves Dylan O'Brien? Um EVERYONE!!
Stfu
These guys from CBS are so freaking rude.
Did no one notice how she called Dyl an actress
She said "Actors Dylan O'Brien...he's an American Assassin alright...and Taylor Kitsch, he is too." Not "actress" lmao
Rodneisha Moore yes i heard it
Beyond Today i heard actress too
chrisonette Riley
The two words sound similar; that's why context is important. "Actors" makes perfect sense.
Beyond Today lol yea
Taylor answers and acts very professional. Dylan looks nervous but I can sense he is a nice guy
why do they look like brothers, they look sooo alike
I’ve thought they resemble each other so much, literally look like brothers
I'm so happy to see Taylor in more films. Especially after getting the short end of the deal about playing Gambit. Speaking of, did they ever say it was going to be made with Channing? His transition to his recent roles: DAYYYYM DYLAN!! 😊
damn they look like brothers
i think you can see dylan has slightly different look above his left eye... from the accident.
emma Woods how. I see him different. But dont know if its physical or something deeper than that..
I can't see it. It's flawless.
What accident?
+Denise Ataei, is this a serious question? In march 2016 he had an accident on set during a stunt while filming his movie The Death Cure (comes out in theaters on 26th january 2018). He was unexpectedly pulled off one vehicle and crashed into another- with his head. He broke his face and had a brain trauma. He has 4 plates in his face now

Taylor Kitsch deserves to often play as Gambit
His face when the interviewer said you both do your own stunts is so funny because he was just like oh crap
I watched this film only because of Shiva Negar. Beautiful and talented actress, looking forward to see her more on movies.
Really looking forward to seeing two of my favorite actors in this together - Michael Keaton and Dylan O'Brien. Michael is amazing and Dylan has the spark in him to become as good as Michael Keaton.
