What cheese do you use?
What kind of canape was the first one you made?
Your sandwiches look inviting and yummy. I don't eat mayonnaise so will try using plain yoghurt which I thinking of straining to remove the water. Have you any suggestions? Plus I would love to make them the night before Your thoughts would be greatly received
Thank you for your comment! I'm so glad you liked the sandwiches! Sure, I can give you a couple of tips: you can use GREEK yogurt and not add too much, you can mix it with mustard if you like. Another option is to prepare "Avocado Mayonnaise" (a couple of ripe avocados, 30 ml of lemon juice, 80 ml of extra virgin olive oil and a little salt and pepper). If you make sandwiches with sliced bread you can prepare the night before, but bruschettas with crusty bread cannot be left in the fridge, they will get soft. I hope I have helped you! all the best!
