Predicting the EURO 2024 quarter-final outcomes using tournament performance thus far

There are many models that can be used to predict soccer matches to some extent. Some of these models are more complex than others. While more complex models tend to take more potentially predictive factors into account than simple models, they also tend to rely on more assumptions and require larger amounts of data, including types of data we may not fully understand (e.g., betting predictions by a group of people).
