I did mine at the ikoyi office.
For your wife, if she has officially changed her surname to yours, then the process in this video applies to her.She will also need her Birth certificate, Certificate of state of origin, guarantors form and NIN slip.
For your child, you need to apply for a new passport, however the passport/NIN of the parent will be required. Your child also needs to have an NIN.
For the renewal of your passport, the same process applies. Check the link in the description of this video.

Thanks for sharing Blessing. In my case l did capture for renewal from 5 to 10 years since August last year. Almost 7 months now l haven't got my passport.
So confused, and now living abroad illegally for five months now.
The state office of NIS where l did capture kept saying that there is printing error in Abuja.

Yes, but you will most likely get an sms for collection. Also, you can always check the status of your passport to confirm it availability before going to passport office
