best pitch is an old cotton pitch off ebay- iron it and put it over an astro-pitch on an mdf tab-top. that regulates the speed and run of the ball the best
I love your enthusiasm whilst playing, you really are into it. As an old fart can I ask what happened to the goal keepers on long sticks? I guess playing solo they don't really make sense, hence the cardboard goalies.
correct on long keepers i find the cardboard keepers better to use solo . i still practise with the stick keepers so when i play my son or my friends who fancy there chances lololololl . only messing they beat me most times . thanks for the comment on my enthusiasm for the game ya some times i get so into it lolol big thanks fr watching mate . stay safe & keep on flicking bud lol .
This might sound a little strange, but i've replaced the goalkeepers on sticks with the Corinthian football figures. They actually make great solo subbuteo goalkeepers.
yes. its the old off-side rule. any player in an off-side position is off-side. but you get a offside-flick to flick them onside if you are in possession and retain possesssion when the defender takes his flick that is a block flick after the off-side flick
We had a prime minister in Malta who ran for the post of leader all alone! And he was thrilled that he had got 97% of the party members' votes!!!!
What a great game and you've got to love that ball.
bonsoir j'aurais voulu savoir svp ou vous avez acheter le tableau de marque
merci
Great game. I have just got back into Subbuteo after 4 decades. What is the pitch that you are using?

What are the dimensions inches of that goalie?
Great pitch is it an AstroTurf or baize
Lovely pitch. Is it glued to the board? Or pinned?
Why are there no defensive flicks?
What happened in the 2nd half?
I see you're using the self-made cardboard solo goalkeeper that was featured on Table Football Monthly several months ago.
Can you link?
