I thought I wasn't a beer person but found out the problem was that I just didn't like American beer at all... And honestly, I'm not at all crazy about the American men either (sorry, my dudes) but I do love German bier (especially dunkelweizen style) and well, German men are pretty amazing. I'm also quite enamored of Scandinavian men, too, so of course, I imagine I'd like Danish beer very much, too. I find Western and Northern European beer I've had so far is not bitter like American and Irish beer always seems to be. Actually, that matches the men from those countries, too . . . um,,,, I see a pattern forming ;)
