Hello sir! Hope you are good in health. sir we have some confusions related to sending shipment to amazon. if you are aware of it kindly guide. when we try to select STD we get this message... We encountered an error with your carrier selection. Please try creating a shipment again in a few minutes (Note:make sure to add a valid ship from address and avoid selecting any Hazmat item)... and according to it we neither have a hazmat product nor the adress is wrong and we have 2 boxes only. and on the other hand if we select LTL then also it appears that amazon partnered carriers are unavailable. anyhow we booked an appointment from FC carriers. but now we are in confusion that whether the truck will come to our adress and pick or we have to deliver it there.... sir its an emergency situation. pls guide. thanks
Our origin is KSA. Yups we had given our address. and last time we ordered from amazon. it came to deliver so we thought that it will pick our shipment as well. but after further research we came to know that in UAE AND KSA Amazon partnered carriers are never available. And on contacting amazon about this case they weren't able to solve until now. So maybe the solution is to go for other carriers. Until our marketplace gets more advanced. But still if you know any solution or advice how to enable ATS or UPC, do guide. Thanks a lot.
Sir I need to know one more aspect. As selling in KSA marketplace so can I change ship to address Because while shipping process Amazon gives us an address of a very far away city which obviously, we can't travel just to ship 2 boxes. and if we can change then how to do that. I watched a video about how to change but that option is not available in our system.. @@TravisMarziani 😰
