hahahahaha that would be dope
MJ23 DabNewton1 don hold the dog

these are heaters, so dope. I break all kinds of ankles, including my own.
Does it basketball: Walmart basketball shoes
Do a review about shaq Walmart basketball shoes
Sammy what's up with that makeup though?!??? 😂
Mr. Ree will brake yo ankle wit duh Adidas tubular
i love ur vids. ur gonna hit 1 mil and ill be there when u do like i was in the beginning
The beat loop is sick. don't change it.
You are right the small surface area makes each blade absorb two to three times the weight witch means if the rubber is good they should have great traction
I just want to thank u guy for being the best most honest TH-camr a and reviewers, I just became a sneaker head because of u guys. Thx
2:11 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Made My Day.😂
the traction says the same even if it had 100% surface area.
Because friction is force applied/ weight.
a block that has a weight of 20lbs and is 5 inches tall and 1 inch wide with a force of 2lbs pushing the block left or right. will have .1 mu (coefficient of friction)
now let's say a block with the same mass, same height, and same force pushing the block, but it's now 5 inches wider. it will have three same value of .1 because the only thing that matters is the force applied, and the weight.
surface area doesn't effect anything.
mu (coefficient of friction) changes on the type of surface you are on and how ruff the object/ surface is.
let's say your playing basketball on ice mu (coefficient of friction) will be like .01 or whatever, and now let's say you are playing basketball on a nice clean NBA court mu (coefficient of friction) will be much higher, a good thing in basketball, it will need like .3. Because it takes more force to get the object moving. rather on ice it will take less force to get an object moving.
but with more surface area, there's more available traction to catch the ground when other parts are clogged with dust
Andrew Gaspar I knew someone was going to ask this question.
let's say we are in a perfect world were dust, and small particles of stuff don't exist. everything is easy to calculate.
now let's turn on the dust particles switch. it's a lot harder to solve for an unknown value of count less dust particles.
this is true the more surface area you have the more likely you are at attracting dust. and you are able to solve it with a lot of completed calculus.
I explained it this way because it's easy to get your head around it. when you are thinking to hard, you start to make things more complicated than it actually is.
Lol, I get why you said it, but saying that "the traction stays the same even if it had 100% surface area" just isn't accurate in this case. We don't live in a perfect world where the formulas of physics are always easily calculated, so you can't really use them to explain an everyday phenomena.
Why do tires want a larger contact patch?
George Rosebush because they last longer :) the higher performance a car is, the more it uses its tires, that's why you see supercars with wide tires and normal cars with thinner ones.. The surface area in any case has no effect on the traction
Does it basketball indoor soccer shoes
Good idea because they have the worst traction ever
Brock Ward worst ?
yoooooo it's dom sammy lee hear with a dog on my lap
Surface area doesn’t affect friction(physics class). Two reasons why its slippery.
Less surface area means more friction per blade means more wear per blade means smoother rubber outsoles over time means less friction
Or the rubber isnt tacky in the first place
you guys make a good pair... when I first saw your vids I had no clue what I was getting. but you guys actually make it work.
the formula is
pressure = force / area
don is right each segment as to withstand greater force which in theory should propel you further and be super responsive because the force you exert in each segment goes back to you to push you forward
yup the traction is GREAT
Surface area does not have an effect on friction.Friction is dependent on the material and weight(Fn in this case is weight)
Change channel name to "The JawLine Bros"
Don has the most beautiful jawline. Sammy's jawline is also very strong aswell
+Jorge made us lol 😂
My jawline gets covered by my second chin...
Jorge nigga u gay
lmao the tractionpart is always so funny
agreed sole bros. great attempt at exploring another technology.
Those are like the Pontiac Aztecs of shoes, and that's not something to brag about!
Hello, I can explain the surface area thing on the shoe. A shoe has grip because of friction, you all know that. Friction depends on mass rather than surface are. Because as one of you said, there will be more mass per square inch. So ur grip (friction) will only decrease if the shoe that you are lighter. Some of you might ask then why do cleats have more traction. On a grass pitch, they dig into the ground and u run faster; it is not related to friction, rather it is related to leverage. It also depends on material, obviously a rubber sole will have better traction than a plastic. So yeah, there you go.
put the harden outsole on that, or a boost basketball sole keep the upper, will be A1
My springblades were used for basketball. I say they lasted 2 months. The front blades on the left shoe where it is glued on came off unfortunately. Also like they say in the video, there is no surface area, it is hard to dribble in and out of players. Plus I have nearly twisted my ankle a good couple times just sheerly for the fact of how high they are. I'd say use them as running shoes, not bball. Or just get a pair of Ultra Boosts 😂🤘🏼🙌🏼
does it basketball the weird sketchers withe the springs in them
Sammy is a type of dude that fits as a uniqlo model
quote of the video "if you guys are good at math, what is the calculation dog"
i hated these all these years, but finally tried one on from a clearance rack and was surprised. they feel better than shox, i'll give it that.
Are the spring blades supposed to squeak when you move? Mine do. I hope i didn't get swindled with the replica :-(
Does it basketball: soccer cleats
Nicolas Gonzalez it probably wouldn't be allowed, surely would damage the court
Gabriel Rabelo So they can do crocs and slides but they can't do soccer cleats
Nicolas Gonzalez Do crocs or slides have spikes coming out of them
Nicolas Gonzalez you're dumb or what? Have you ever seen a cleat in your life? Stupid ass comparison smh
Gabriel Rabelo its a joke chill
I cant wait for this one
I'm pretty new to this channel so I don't know if you tried this but I was wondering how a solid color background would work out in your videos. Maybe a black or gray would look a lil better because there's too much distraction because of the background.
you cant basketball on those because the blade panel (the area where it sticks to the shoe) cracks when used heavily. The blades look dope IMO.
Next do hiking shoes
Love your videos
You should do a does it basketball on any shoe but but add a sole shield on it and see if it makes a difference
hey you guys should do like leg sleeves or socks reviews also
love u guys
Does it basketball, Jordan Sandals!
Lol the traction test says otherwise
Our school had a student vs teacher basketball game and one guy wore these on the court 🤣🤣🤣
yeah
You should do does it basketball football cleats
YO I was just thinking about this today if you could use spring blades for basketball, my thought process is maybe they make you more agile or jump higher
Jesse Romero seriously?
Chris True Skate
Yeah. There was a brand called APL (Athletic Propulsion Labs) that pretty much stole a lot of Nike/Adidas concepts but added their own tech to it and claimed their basketball shoes made you jump higher. The NBA banned it from being used on-court due to the claim.
more psi would have better traction. think of it like skis, short vs long
When these came out they were so expensive bruh. A kid at school bought them for track season, the fool was messing around with hurdles, landed too hard and broke like three of the blades
With more pressure you would have a higher fn so you would have better friction and better traction I think
Does he know what surface area is? 😂
Will it basketball: hoverkick super nova (those light up shoes)
is it true that those blades still peeling out?
Aye early squad where you at?🔥🔥
My fucking P.E teacher wears these and we roast him sooooo hard bruh
Brings More Adidas Springblade
Sole brothers can you sole swap the spring blade into a boost
Surface area doesn't necessarily matter, the friction coefficient is what matters, really
does it basketbal futsal or indoor soccer shoes
Coverse Chuck Taylor, Does it still ball?
do a does it basketball with soccer cleats
Do does it basketball?: Indoor Soccer Cleat
Do a BrandBlack Rare Metal performance review
You should do Nike Air Monarchs
does it basketball?:cleats
Heeeey, do the Review of the Adidas Pure Boost Raw, dopee shoes
Traction is not related to surface area lol.. its just mass times the coefficient of friction :)
2:10 Smooth Sammy, Smooooooth
does it basketball: Yeezy 750? it looks kinda like a basketball shoe
Sammy likes the spring blade and don likes the adidas kobe I'm with team don
Jesus Christ why
Tims, does it basketball deadass?
Someone should do a soleswap of these
we have some kind of shoes in viet nam call "thuong dinh" i want to send u some to do does is basketball
what can i do?
traction (friction) isn't affected by surface area
No adiprene? Mine had some
Do a does it basketball heelys
Do a does it basketball hypervenom phantom 3 df sg pro anti clog
Does the adidas superstar basketball
Sammy please test curry 2 yellow outsole
they actually look pretty nice on feet
2:08 smooth
Why is it always sammy testing shitty shoes? I salute u guy
Adidas Superstar next?
traction would not be determined by surface area. the friction would be the same with a 20 foot surface and a 2 inch surface as long as its the same material and pressure. the only things that affect traction would be the pressure on the surface and the material. not surface area
put the upper on to boost
how does Sam do that noise!!
Sammy's a damn model lol
😂😂😂 you dropped them blades on your dog
Adidas should remake these with boost between the blades
yo you guys should try some nike wrestling shoes
Do uggs for the next one!!!!
bruh when he fell😂😂
Uhhh....it wasn’t that funny.😐
Do an adidas superstar does it will basketball!!!!!
