They help you out whenever you need legal advise or in cases like this. But not everyone has such an insurance, or is aware that it also covers online scams. As well, I was very lucky to still have the proof of purchase and all the pictures, to prove I got scammed.
You've got insurance, money for lawyers and all of that why not just buy from the brand direct? These resellers have already been shown to be unreliable and approving counterfeits.
