Hey there! I am super excited to share with you today my recipe for Ginger Scallion Crab using freshly caught crabs! This recipe has been passed down to me by my dear friend Ivanchie and I have been using it for ages. Trust me, it's absolutely delicious and you won't regret trying it out. So, let's get cooking!
Ingredients:
2 whole crabs
Corn starch
Oil
Ginger
Scallions
Sauce:
1 1/2 Water
3 tbs. Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. White pepper
1/4 tsp. Sesame oil
2 tbs. Corn Starch
