I like your setup. Very calm sheep to be just learning. Nice udders. I would like to have some Icelandics. Do you make cheese?
Thank you. We haven’t tried making cheese yet; we use all of our milk to make soap and lotion.
One more question. At what age do you start separating the lambs so you can milk in morning?
About three weeks.
We select only the ewes who have a good milk supply, heathy udder, and healthy lambs.
