As a Black meditation instructor, I wrote this specific meditation to honor our ancestral memory. Special guests invited are my good friends: THE Kliboura African Drummers of Accra, Ghana 🇬🇭 West Africa!
The talking drum is ancient africa instrument that matches the frequency of the HEART BEAT.
The drum gives you memory.
The drum gives you recollection.
Now more than ever, we have to remember that we are a strong and great warrior people.
DIVINELY GUIDED and DIVINELY PROTECTED.
