I understand cleaning the tools, but the makeup doesn't need to be clean. The products have residue from being used. Does your foundation bottle still look just how it was when you bought it? But yes those lashes are dirty she either needs to wash them or throw them. Most likely throw them.

Those false lashes looked really dirty. Not insulting her or anything but she should really try to keep them clean. Who knows what kind of bacteria they're carrying.
I have a theory for why her lashes are so dirty - a lot of gyaru cut up several pairs of lashes and stick the parts together to make custom ones, and I remember whenever I would clean my custom lashes they would fall apart and need rebuilding, it was a pain in the butt! X3 (plus, the kinda strong eyelash cleaner you need for gyaru makeup would damage my lashes with each clean :/)

you can highlight them them outline them with a brown shadow so they pop out, or use tape or glue specifically for that

Those false lashes looked really dirty. Not insulting her or anything but she should really try to keep them clean. Who knows what kind of bacteria they're carrying.

I have a theory for why her lashes are so dirty - a lot of gyaru cut up several pairs of lashes and stick the parts together to make custom ones, and I remember whenever I would clean my custom lashes they would fall apart and need rebuilding, it was a pain in the butt! X3 (plus, the kinda strong eyelash cleaner you need for gyaru makeup would damage my lashes with each clean :/)
I hope this subculture still exists today in Japan! I'd love to meet a Ganguro girl
Gyaru still exists but has evolved so there's not many that still look like this
