Tender apple cake like grandma used to make

A simple, easy to prepare recipe with a great taste and aroma.
The ingredients are:
- one kilo of apples
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- one tablespoon of grey
- a spoonful of cinnamon
For the leaves:
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml oil
- 40 g lard
- a pinch of salt
- 16 g baking powder
- 200 g yoghurt
- 500 g flour
- an essence of vanilla
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
