Ingredients:
For Marinate Fish:
800gm Rohu Fish
Salt to taste
1/2 Lemon juice
For Special Paste:
15 Red chilli soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
1 whole Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Coriander leaves
some water
1-2 tsp Wheat flour
Oil For Frying
For Gravy:
add leftover paste
Salt to taste
Serve with Coriander leaves and Lemon

I would add fried potatoes and eggplant, once the masala is done put the potatoes and eggplant with the fish and pour the sauce over it. That’s how we do it in Africa. And eat it with Rotli or Rotla made of Bajra flour. With a hot cup of masala chai.
