Omgosh one of my favourite desserts. Just bought the cupcake cups today to make them. Going to try your recipe. What is the purpose of adding the parchment paper and do you add it all the way to the bottom? Thank you for sharing

The parchment paper helps to maintain the long shape of the bolos de arroz and also helps not to overflow out of cupcake cups. Yes, you put all the way to the bottom the parchment paper.
