I love the way kids make their beds at that age. It's so cute to watch them place their "stuffies" on their lopsided comforters. Definitely some of those little things I'm trying to cherish as sweet memories.

Nothing wrong wiv a slow morning. I love how they are learning the books of Bible in order. Nothing wrong wiv finishing a lesson from the day b4 and nothing wrong wiv going at his pace!!! He’s doing awesome at reading and maths!!!
I am always interested in seeing how moms homeschool multiple children, especially littles. I am only homeschooling my kindergartener right now, but I am going to start homeschooling my preschooler in the fall. I also love your timer method of do as much as you can and then stop so you don't get overwhelmed.

My boy is just like yours lol .. thanks for sharing !! Makes me feel better about our homeschool days lol Like sometimes they just don’t answer lol I agree though with the good and beautiful so far my son is doing pretty good. Starting Kinder and we just started kinder this year- this month- but so far a bit hard to blend in the letters - I’m sure that it will get better soon … I just really want him reading two letter already ::) I’m sure you know what I mean …

What are the worksheets your kids are doing along with the Daily Grace books of the bible cards? Also what is the music video your kids watch on tv?
Hi Jessica! It's just a sheet I created for them to write the name of the book and draw the picture from the card. :)

It's still the older version. The new version comes out in August. 😁

Hi we are on lesson 7. My little almost 5 year old is getting in tears. She tried to read the mini book mom and dad. She got so sad saying she can't do it. Do you think I must stop with the lessons and only let her try the reading box sets? I also have the book called teach your child to read in 20 easy lessons..
Should mabey do that for her so she can read a bit more before starting LA lessons again? And how can I practice writing with her?
Reading is so hard for our little ones. I think it would benefit y'all to stop and do other fun phonics activities for a bit. Maybe read the Beginner Books to build confidence. It has taken us 2 school years to finish level K. But I'm SO happy we slowed down. She'll get it mama. It might take some time and love and patience....but she'll get it. ❤ ❤ ❤

What is the best way you found to teach your kids how to read?
We've only ever used The Good and The Beautiful. 😁❤ I've also used Reading Eggs as a supplement.

Hey :), I just recently found your channel and was super amazed by the positivity and the energy you exude! I had to think for a moment if I should actually say something about what really bugged me because I know what it feels like when you put yourself and your family out there and people start critizising you. But I want to at least ask you (maybe I missed something): why do you use paper bowls and plastic cuttlery? I can't imagine the amount of trash it creates on a weekly or even monthly basis :(. As I said, maybe I missed something - I'm new to your channel. Would you mind addressing it?
Hi Franzsika! Yes! That's something I'm trying to work on. 🤦 In one of my other videos I mention I use paper when I film so it is one less thing I need to focus on. While this is true... we do use it other than that too so I'm in the process of trying to balance it all out. 😁👍❤
@@PursuingPeace Thanks for the quick reply! I understand that it must be tough doing the job you do on a daily basis so "one less thing to worry about" makes sense! I'm sure that your kids or at least the one with the Tiger spoon would be capable of putting the 4 to 5 bowls and the cuttlery in the dishwasher. It might even make them feel more special because they get to do the real adult thing :). Anyway, thanks again for getting back to me. That was super nice!

No. It really depends on your state but usually it is more about what have to do to remain compliant.
Right! You don't need to take classes, but check what your state requires. You can go to HSLDA.org to find out. 😁

I’m trying to invest in one and I seen you had the printer with ink that CAN last up to a year.

Okay, so it looks like you had no interuptions with your little one? And if you do have interuptions how do you keep it from overwhelming you!
Oh I do!!! I explain to the kids that it's Solomon and Mama time and they shouldn't interrupt unless it's an emergency. I do this for all of their one on one time so they understand because they know I do the same thing for them. My toddler plays with her busy bins and my 1 yr old naps and then is in her play pin with toys.
But there are still interruptions and I just have to either help them in whatever they need or ask them to wait. 😁 Hope this helps!
