접영 팔이 물밖으로 쉽게 나올수 있는 방법 알아보자!

  • 접영 팔이 물밖으로 회전하는 동작을 "리커버리"라고 한다
    문제는 팔이 나올때 완전히 펴지를 못하고 구부리는 동작을 한다는점이다
    이때 접영 팔동작시 물에 걸리는 순간 큰 저항을 받게 된다
    매번 해도 늘지 않는 접영
    좋은 연습 방법이 없을까?
    스케이트 드릴을 통해 접영을 개선해보자

    선수영상과 일반인 비교 영상 너무 좋습니다, 접영 어렵지 않아요. 할수 있다는 자신감이 증요한듯 합니다. 잘 봤습니다

    다른분들 접영자세 보면서 저도 저랬는데 저래서 안나가는거였구나 하면서 거울치료 받았어요 스케이트 드릴 연습 좀 해야겠어요 피니쉬때 힘을 줘야하는데 쉽지 않네요 그래도 연습해볼게요 자세한 설명 감사합니다😊👍

    힐링쌤~~S자 물잡기를 손바닥을 옆으로 해서 물을 당겨봤는데 훨씬 힘이 덜 들고 편하게 완주했어요!! 접영이 갑자기 훨씬 편해지니 자신감도 뿜뿜 😊😊 오늘 영상 감사합니다!!!

    저두 한팔접영은 되는데 양팔접영이 안되서 계속 제자리걸음을하고 있었는데 스케이트드릴영상보고 많이 연습하려구요~
