    Captain Gabrielle, suppose we have a very short runway, heavy aircraft but the temperature is MUCH LOWER ( say minus 30 C) doesn't the performance improve?... Can we not then use Rated thrust instead of TOGA or MCT?

      The performance will improve, however you need to calculate the Take-off performance case by case...

    Hello, Gabrielle! Can you clarify please whether the agl altitudes on takeoff page( for nadp)need to be corrected for cold temperature or not? 🙏

      Thanks for watching! Once you set MCT we use MCT, unless required in order not to compromise safety...
