You are the best teacher for beadweaving on TH-cam. All your designs are outstanding and I believe that I'm a better beader because of you! Thank you Stephanie.
Hi, I like to see your work always becaus it is perfect and beautiful.. and the result..WoW .. I wish to you good health and success with all my heart ..🌹🌹🌹💖👍💖🌹🌹🌹. thanks for sharing .
Your color ways and designs are stunning Stephanie love love love them. You have and are teaching me to be a better beader and a lot of my growth is due to your Tutorials, I just want to say a heartfelt thank you 💖🌼👩🎓
Oh my goodness, just when I think you’ve done the nicest piece, you come up with something prettier. You’ve out done yourself Stephanie. I always look forward to your videos. Best wishes always 🇦🇺
You are definitely the bezeling Queen, Stephanie!! I have learned so much from you that tackling bezels isn't quite as scary as it once was. You and your talent are very much appreciated.❤️🌹
Another fun and jam packed with info video! Thanks, Stephanie, for sharing your wonderful creative process with us and for being a very knowledgeable guide on our own creative journey.
My Goodness Stephanie I Love these pieces... as usual you make it look so simple!! Thank you so much for this series. I promise I will try this out. When through I will post.
I have just bought an Apatite cabachon 44x31mm, 101 cts with the most glorious teal fluorescence when the light hits it (from Etsy, I can’t be trusted on that site!) that you basically designed this pendant for this particular stone. I must say your timing is, as ever, impeccable Stephanie, thank you so much for this, I am so looking forward to making it - when my Delica’s turn up (I can’t do Peyote with Rocailles). Love from England - have a virtual bunch of flowers on me 💐🙏🏻🌹🏴
Thank you again, for another lovely tutorial. The pendants are beautiful, and I especially like the two-color bezels. I did not know how to do that, and now I do! :)
Thanks so much for teaching to bezel. I’ve learned so much. I think peyote stitch is much easier to learn in a circle. Then going in a line. For me anyways. I have had so much fun. I have to buy more beads. Love them all ! Thank you ! ! ! 🌹🌷💐🌸🌼🌻🥀
@@kristinaanderson8644 , I always look forward to Stephanie's videos, even if I don't have the time to bead at the moment. They give me so much inspiration.
I love doing cabochons every bit as much you do, Stephanie! And YOU taught me to love them... I used to use the Beaded Embroidery Bezel style - but it was so tiresome, and my first attempt at a Peyote Bezel failed miserably (it was in Italian) so I was put off for a long time. But then I found your Bezeling Series - and I'm so hooked! I've never done a Swarovski Cab - our local Gem Club has an exhibition every year and I snap up every Cabochon at the show - many for as little as $2. And they're all different Gemstones, sizes and shapes - the most difficult one I ever did was a highly polished, many - faceted Onyx rectangular cab with each corner cut off - so it had 8 sides and was very thick, and pointed at the back...I had to try it several times and peyote simply wouldn't work, no matter what I did, Toho or Miyuki - I even tried 2-cuts and Hex-Cuts, but to no avail. But I finally figured it out by doing my very own thing with odd nos of 15/0 picots with 3mm crystals around the edge - and then I 15/0 picots & some tiny 2mm Baby Rice Pearls to frame the front of the Bezel - and it sold for $350 with the necklace! You've given me the confidence to try ANYTHING! Thank you so much for being such a GREAT teacher! 🌷🌹❤️🌹🌷🌹❤️🌹🌷 PS - I also taught myself how to make beautiful necklaces in 2-row RAW embellished with crystals/pearls that curve perfectly around the neck - they are all very unique (I never make anything twice) and they sell for $250-$350 each and are very popular with Brides. The matching bracelets are 7 units wide and sell for the same price. Happy beading!
My first goddess pendant turned out great! I’m still a little Leary on how to end the fire line with knotting and burning afterwards. The half hitch didn’t work for me the couple times I tried it. I may also need to invest in the burning tool you have. Side note: where do you get your “charlottes from?” -used in your other tutorials? Thanks!
I love this Steph. Unfortunately tho, I ended up buying the big round cabs and smaller oval cabs from your last video because I thought you'd be making that necklace instead, since you said you were just waiting for the superduos. Lol. I'ma have to order some of these now. At least the tear drop. Luckily I have the druzys. Love druzy stones. They're so pretty. Thanks for another great vid. ❤
Thank you so much 🙏 I’m so sorry! I’ll definitely do the round cab necklace in a future video. I thought I’d do the teardrop first. The bezel for the 25mm round is the same as the 14mm druzy using more Delicas so you can do that necklace any time. The embellishment is the same as the oval 25mm and you have the small oval bezel from the ring video. I’ll do the necklace video soon 🙏😊🌻😍❤️
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry you're welcome. It's no probs. I absolutely love this one. Unfortunately I ordered the oval cabs from China, big mistake, they're taking forever. Lol. But I'm definitely ordering these because I fell for that black one. That necklace is a looker. Jajaja. The way you combine your colors, you have an eye for it. I just ended up getting the gold sandstone and blue sandstone because I love the glittery look inside them but then I saw that onyx necklace, omg I would rock that with every outfit. The only thing that sucks, is like you said, the druzys are basically by luck. I'm hoping to find someone that has pictures of some flats. Thanks again Steph. Can't wait to see your next creation. ❤❤
Dear Stefani finally got my stones bezeled them and now I wonder how long can my necklace be. Can you please help me? Thank you for all gorgeous tutorials! Greetings from Greece!!
Yes, but you can't bezel it the same way. Use 36 Delicas for your 14mm rivoli and do a standard rivoli bezel. This bezel is a little different. You can use the Star Bezel Earring Video on my channel if you are unsure how to do the bezel.
Thank you! It could be a number of things. Your tension, too many Delicas in your initial row, your last row of Delicas went over the edge in the back, etc. The cab could be odd shaped as well. Are you making sure your initial number of Delicas go around the stone as I show in the video? Are your Delicas coming right to the edge of the back of the stone as I show in the video? Are you pulling inward as you do your rounds? You can send me a picture of your bezel to Bronzepony Facebook page. Give me several views so I can check all angles.
Beautiful! As usual. 😊 I do have one question that is hardly ever addressed in any tutorials, that I have seen. How long did it take YOU to make one of these necklaces, from start to finish? I realize that it depends on a persons skill level, but it would help me to have an idea how long the expert took, when choosing a project to attempt to emulate. Thanks again for all you do!
Charmain Thank you 🌻😃🙏 It took me about two weeks to design ( picking colors, sizes, beads. Trying different sizes and colors of beads for the necklace and placement of the cabs) The actual beading took a few hours. The video took three days to complete and the editing took about a day 🤪😆😃 It’s a process🌻
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelrythanks for that. I was interested in the beading.part. I know that's a fraction of what you do. I just wanted some measure by which to rate my own efforts, if that makes any sense. That's about the 4th iteration of that sentence, trying to make sense. That's just a part of my personality. I compete against myself every day for crazy reasons, but it makes retirement a little less tedious.
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry Understood. Thanks for the reply. And thanks for another beautiful design. I will find some other way to measure my progress.
I don’t use glue on bails very often. Maybe with a bead Embroidery pendant . This video shows the irregular shaped stones. th-cam.com/video/Qf1vHJjphLQ/w-d-xo.html
Does anyone finding beading very taxing on the eyes? I’m starting to see double close up and I’m new to this. I usually bead with reading glass magnifiers. Any tips?
Hi Stella-my suggestion to try to help you is, make sure you are using plenty of light--natural sun light or quality indoor lighting works best for me. Hope this helps a little.
Take breaks often so you don't tire your eyes. I use readers as well and my magnifying light for intricate work. A lot of light is great as Sue suggests.
I've seen her use pony brand before. Not sure what she is using now. I recently bought some tulip needles and have to say they are more expensive but are much better quality. I still use pony because I kill needles fast but love the tulips.
